Entry: All divisions: $225.00.
Entries received after closing date will incur $75 late fee.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from Wait List. If vet or doctor excuse is submitted then rider will receive a non-transferable voucher for a Holly Hill entry minus $50 cancellation fee within one year. Competition cancellation-No refund. No refund on campsite if cancelled within 24 hours of event.
Stabling: $155.00 (2 bags shavings provided).
Grounds fee: $50.00 (non-stabled horses).
Camping: $30.00/night (separate check).
Tack Stall (if available): $155.00 (separate check).

A USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.

Riders must provide their own cross country number holder.

Submitted entries not paid by the closing date will not be included in the ride times. The event is considered full when all the on grounds stalls are filled. Priority for stalls will be for riders entered in the horse trials and then for tack stalls if there are any stalls available.

All distances are approximate. AI/I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm. max. height 2'7". Starter -1400 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2'. Well drained, sand based turf on open pastures with some rolling terrain. Courses are of average difficulty and there are two water obstacles, several banks and ditches that are on some of the courses. Cross-country course closed March 25.

$155/stall fromFriday am to Monday am. 70 permanent, 170 portable stalls. Stalls are either 12x12, 11x11or 10x10.All horses stabled on grounds. Event is considered full when all on grounds stalls are filled. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Bedding available for purchase. Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $10/bag. Required: Vaccinations, Coggins and Health Certificate Information
All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competition MUST be accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (rhinopneumonitis) within 6 months as well as have a current negative EIA/Coggins test (within 12 months). This is mandatory for every horse entering show grounds. See USEF Rule GR845. Health Certificate needed on all out of state horses.
