From Knoxville and West (I-40 or I-640 Bypass): Exit 394: Turn LEFT at light at exit onto 11E. Travel East approx. 16 miles to RG sign on left of hwy (Lowery Loop Rd). On right is New Market Church. Turn left and go straight at stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. (NOTE: Do NOT take fork to the right on 11E that says 11W/25W.) From Dandridge and East (I-40): Exit 417: Turn RIGHT at light at exit, onto Hwy 92. Travel North approx 10 mi. to 11E. Turn left (West) for approx 6 mi to RG sign on right at Lowery Loop Rd. Tentative Schedule

Fri:Cross-country course open-3 pm. Aerator used on cross-country courses.Dressage tests MAY be offered to certain levels, if entries warrant...Dressage on Friday NOT mandatory. Communication by email. Sat: Dressage -8 am. Show Jumping -10:30 am. Starter is 1-day, Saturday. Competitors Party (complimentary) following jumping on Saturday... approx 6 p.m. Sun: Cross-country -8 am. PLEASE NOTE: Ride times for cross/country will be published only at the end of all activity on Saturday and posted on the scoreboard and online. Ifnumber of horseswarrant, changes to the schedule may necessitate the addition of Friday Dressage or Saturday Cross-country. Emails will communicate any such changes as soon as possible to competitors. The Starter Test is a one-day test and stabling priority is given to all levels needing weekend stabling.

Entries

Entry Fees:A $25 non-refundable office fee is charged per entry. USEA members and horse registration required for all levels. Divisions may be further divided or combined if entries warrant. Preliminary and Intermediate MUST include copies of Rider, Owner and Trainer USEF membership cards. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter Test: No USEA membership required. USEA Drug & Medication fee does not apply. Number of riders at a competition limited by scheduling capabilities. No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations. Late Entries: By USEF rule: COMPLETE entries INCLUDING payment must be in office by midnight of Closing Date, April 2nd. Any entry received with a postmark AFTER April 2nd is LATE. Any extension of an online entry program staying open beyond closing date, is for competitor convenience, late fees still apply. Late Change Fee: a $40 fee will be charged for any change made to entry after closing date, April 2nd. Entry may be snail-mailed (including original signature, entry fees, Coggins, Stabling Form, Stall Deposit check), or you may enter online through the online services of Xentry, www.useventing.com/login or BlueHorse. Credit card payment accepted online. Negative Coggins within past 12 months required. Any amounts owed at check-in MUST be paid with CASH. Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited to stall capacity. $160Thursday thru Sunday nights, addt'l nights $25 per stall.Initial 2 bags shavings included in cost. Additional bags $7 each. 210 perm. stalls on grounds, 10 x 12; permanent iron half/gates provided on stalls. Stall deposit: $25; send separate check. Stalls must be STRIPPED (not picked) orstall cleaning deposit check will be cashed. $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary. No schooling permitted until cross/country is finished on Sunday (includes non-comp horses). Schooling only permitted with signed waiver in office and trainer present. Fee $25. Those eliminated in show may school with no charge.Veterinarian: Will be on grounds during event. Emergency # will be posted at secy's office. Starter Division is 1-day; stall priority will go to Levels that need to be on grounds both days.
