Early Bird Entry Fee (Postmark February 26 - March 12): I-P $225; T-N-BN $200 (does not include USEA/USEF fees) Entry Fee (Postmark March 13 - March 25): I-P$250;T-N-BN$225 (does not include USEA/USEF fees) Post Entry Fee (Postmark after March 25): I-P$325;T-N-BN$300 (does not include USEA/USEF fees) Post entries accepted at discretion of Organizer as space allows. Stabling: $150 Dirty Stall Fee: $30 will be invoiced if stall is not stripped clean Late Fee: $75.00 (included in Post Entry fees above) Missing Item fee: $20.00 per item. Refunds:Before C.D.: less $25 non-refundable office fee, notify secretary in writing. NOTE: All entries received within 5 days of opening - no charge for changes or cancellations if made before closing date. After C.D.: entry/stabling - no refund. Competition Cancellation: no refund.All changes, scratches, etc. must be written, either by email or fax. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: the USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

All entry fees includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. All entries must be printed and have a valid email address. All communication will be done through email. Double entries: $30. All complete entries submitted within 5 days of opening date will not be charged for cancellation or changes if made before closing date.USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Refunds:see aboveUSEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:see above. Change fee: $25/change. No changes to entry after April 9th. A $20 PER ITEM CHARGE WILL BE ATTACHED TO ALL ENTRIES MISSING SIGNATURE PAGES, COGGINS, PAYMENT, OR OTHER INFORMATION if not received by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 8th. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Failure to notify sec'y of intent not to compete will incur $30 fee. This applies also to no-shows. Riders must submit entry with payment to the Secretary. Only PAID entries will be accepted. Divisions may be divided or combined if entries warrant. Riders may be limited to 2 horses per level if event is oversubscribed on opening day. Wait List policy: Entries will be accepted based on the postmark of mailed payment or the date electronic payment was made. Entries will be accepted from the wait list as space allows.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited - temporary 10x10 with doors. $150.00/stall from Friday am through Monday noon. Bedding available for purchase. Veterinarian: Unionville Equine Center, 610-932-6800. Farrier # will be posted at stables & show office.

Dressage

Cross-Country

Approximate:I-2900 m @ 550 mpm. P-2650 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @400 mpm, BN-1800 m @350 mpm. 300 acres rolling terrain requires fit horses. Well established turf. Courses: Early season courses for all levels. Cross-country course closed Feb. 1.

Other Information

Cross-country course closed Feb 1. The only time the course is open for schooling is on the scheduled schooling day, Tuesday, June 11. Show Jumping and warm-up on all-weather Tapeta footing. Riders may be limited on total rides. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under "Eligible Section" and include birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. NO 2-wheeled Mini-bikes; 4-wheelers and golf carts are OK. LEASH DOGS! Yellow Warning Card will be issued per USEF rule GR 1301.6 for all loose dogs plus $50 FINE. NO dogs on course!
