Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Failure to notify sec'y of intent not to compete will incur $30 fee. This applies also to no-shows. Riders must submit entry with payment to the Secretary. Only PAID entries will be accepted. Divisions may be divided or combined if entries warrant. Riders may be limited to 2 horses per level if event is oversubscribed on opening day. Wait List policy: Entries will be accepted based on the postmark of mailed payment or the date electronic payment was made. Entries will be accepted from the wait list as space allows.

Riders may be limited on total rides. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under "Eligible Section" and include birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. NO 2-wheeled Mini-bikes; 4-wheelers and golf carts are OK. LEASH DOGS! Yellow Warning Card will be issued per USEF rule GR 1301.6 for all loose dogs plus $50 FINE. NO dogs on course!
