Address: 8715 N. River Rd., Paso Robles, CA 93446. From North: US 101 south to San Miguel Exit. Turn Left on River Rd. Cross bridge & continue south approx. 1 mi. to 8715 North River Road. It is on the right, directly across from Fetzer Winery. From South: US 101. Exit on Mission Street. Continue straight thru town of San Miguel. Right on River Road. Then follow as above. Alternate Route in case of flood conditions: US 101 to Hwy. 46 east. Left on Airport Rd. Left on Wellsona. Right on River Rd.

Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Twin Rivers Ranch. Entry: A: $305.00; I/P: $270.00; T/N/BN/Intro: $240.00. Double Entries: $25.00. Stabling: $135.00. Grounds Fee: $100.00 (Non-compete Horses). RV Water Hookups: Water & Full Power- $65/trailer per day (no tying horses to trailers); water only - $35/day. Three Day Minimum, no tying horses to trailer in RV area. Haul-in fee: $60.00. Teams: $5.00/member. Refunds: Before C.D. less $25 office fee. C.D. to Feb. 19 less $35 office fee; After Feb. 19 no refund, unless either entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund for eitherless $35 office fee will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries MUST include payment to be accepted. No Canadian Checks Accepted. All checks MUST come from U.S. Bank Account. Entries received after closing dateare subject toalate fee of $35. $50=lost pinny, no deposit required. $25 change fee, for any changes made after closing date.$15 for incomplete entries. Refunds: Before C.D. less $25 office fee. C.D. to Feb. 19 less $35 office fee; After Feb. 19 no refund, unless either entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund for eitherless $35 office fee will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund. Copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months for out-of-state horses; not required for in-state horses. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner. Intro: USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.

Other BN-2000m @ 325mpm. height 2'7", 18 efforts. Intro - 1500m @300mpm, max. height 24", 12-15 efforts. All courses: Average, for horses with experience at this level. Level to gently rolling terrain with excellent sandy loam footing. Cross-country course closed Feb 12 at sundown.

Note: If Open & Horse divisions are combined due to smaller entries, open speed will be the same as the other divisions.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. 400 temp stalls on grounds. 10 pipe pens, available by request. 8 pipe pens w/shared fence line, available by request. $135 from noon Wed. thru noon Mon. Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Long term stabling available for discount before or after events - contact [email protected] Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase, $11/bag, further info from sec'y. Haul In Fee = $60 for weekend. Veterinarian: Dr. Sadie Zeil 805.550.5544 on call before the event; Equine Center during the Event 805.541.6367. Well water limited, please bathe horses at home.

Other Information

Cross-country course closed Feb 12 at sundown. Riders limited to 5 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be leashed, $100 donation to Cross Country Jump fund for dogs caught off lease. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes. Team competition: Team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member. Competitor's/Volunteer's/Official's Party Saturday night, one ticket included with entry, $20/ticket for additional tickets. Dinner catered by Cahoots Catering. Food available on grounds. Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Monday after the competition for $60.
