Farm Address: 1432 Augusta Rd, Thomson, GA 30824. Farm is 2 miles east of Thomson on US 78/278. FROM I-20 EASTBOUND: Exit 172, left on GA 17, 1/2 mile to light at NEW GA 17 bypass. Turn right, then go straight thru next two stop lights, cross RR overpass to stop light at US 78/278 East/Augusta Highway. Turn left, main farm entrance is 3/4 mile on left at brick sign. FROM I-20 WESTBOUND: Exit 175, left on GA 150, 2 miles to NEW GA 17 bypass. Turn left, go through one light, cross RR overpass to stop light at US 78/278 East/Augusta Highway. Turn left, main farm entrance is 3/4 mile on left at brick sign.

Tentative Schedule

THU: Cross-country course open 3pm Fri: Intermediate and Prelim will run as a one day on Friday. I dressage 8:00am; I show jumping 10am; cross-country 2pm; Keep checking our Facebook page for current schedule changes and updates. Sat: Training, Novice and BN; dressage 8:00am, show jumping 10am (training is first to go) Dressage and show jumping warm ups have been improved. Sun: Cross-country 9:00 am. starting with training, then novice and then BN. Check our Facebook page at pinetopeventing, or USEA online onmibus for updates. Schedule is tentative.

Fees

Event Fees Directory: No one scheduled without prior payment. Please enter through EventEntries and pay with credit card, or Entries may be mailed with a US drawn check or money order. Online entries get a post mark when fees are received. All mailed in fees must be received by closing date, 2/26/19, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non- postmarked entries, (i.e. on-line stamps) must arrive by 2/26/19, or a late fee of $50 will be owed. If entry hand delivered, contact must be made with the organizer to verify receipt. Draw checks to PTF LLC Spring H.T. One check per horse-if not you will have to wait on a refund if you scratch one of the horses before CD and pay an office fee. One horse per stable form. No checks drawn on Canadian banks or any other non-US banks, including money orders. Must have a US routing number on check or money order, or entry will be refused - No Exceptions! Online entries must be paid 7 days after entry made or by closing date 2/26/19, which ever comes first or a $50 late fee will be owed.
All money owed at check-in must be paid in cash or credit card. This has been our policy for the last 10 years.

Entry: I: $235: P/PT/T/N/: $225.00; BN: $205.00.
Stabling: $ 130.00 Additional non-show nights: $ 20.00 NC horses: $155.00 (includes $25 surcharge). Rider cannot sell their stalls. Stabling must be booked and paid in advanced of competition.. Stalls will be checked for compliance.
Shavings: $8.00 per bag
Stall Cleaning :
.$50 stall stripping deposit sent on separate check with entry. ALL STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED. MOST STALLS ARE MATTED
Grounds fee: $ 55.00 (non-stabled horses).
Surcharge: $ 25.00 (non-compete horses).
RV hook up: $ 45.00 per night (include in entry fee), 2 nights or greater reservations will get priory if overbooked.
Tack stall: $130 (if space provides).
Entries not postmarked and paid by closing date 2/26/19 will be charged a $75 late fee.
Returned check fee: $50.00.
Late fee: $75.00.

Refunds: Before C.D.( 2-26-19), refund minus $25 office fee (or if paid by one horse per check as requested, check will be torn up and no office fees owed); After C.D. 2/26/19, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). No refunds UNLESS SAME ENTRY SPOT CAN BE FILLED From A WAIT LIST IF THERE IS A WAIT LIST, AFTER CLOSING DATE. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who not start the dressage test.

Entries

No entry accepted without payment. You cannot show up at event and pay for your entry. Please enter through EventEntries and pay with credit card. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling open pastures, some woods. No clay or stones. Jumps are substantial. Courses will be near maximum height, distance and efforts. Water(s) on all courses. No jumps shared with another level.
Cross-country course not open for schooling.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. $130/stall (tack stall $130 if available) No per night pricing available. additional nights, $20 per night. $55 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Most stalls are matted. No portable stalls. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Bedding-shavings only, available for $8 per bag. Pre-paid shavings will be delivered to stall. No straw bedding. $155 stall fee( includes $25 surcharge) for non-competing horses if space is available. Riders cannot resell their stalls. Stall must be booked and paid for in advanced of competition. Stalls will be checked for compliance. All stalls must be stripped. Send $50 stall stripping deposit on separate check with entry. Veterinarian: Dr. Kim Keeton, 706-612-6018 # will be posted at office. Stalls and RV's booked up fast last year, so enter and pay early. If entering late may not be able to honor, "stable with request". RV spots of two nights or more take prescience over one night stays. Stabling fills up so book it early and pay your fees on time! Or you may have to stable off grounds. If RV needs a 50 amp, please put on stable form.

Accommodations

Ask for Pine Top Rates! White Columns Inn-5 mi., 706-595-8000. RV: Limited electric/water hookups. $45/night. 2 nights or greater reservations will get priority over 1 night reservations if overbooked. Pay in advance to reserve hookups. First come first served. RV must be labeled with owner's name and cell phone number. No Tent camping.

Excellent concessions on grounds by Thomson High band boosters, open early for breakfast. Dogs must be leashed. Strictly enforced. No non-competing horses in warm up during competition, enforced, must get bridle number from show secretary and wear at all times when out of stall. Anytime a non-compete horse is on the property it owes a $55 grounds fee. Close all gates in stabling areas after dark. Please correspond by email. No phone calls. No smoking! All money owed at check-in must be paid in cash. or credit card. This policy has been in place the last 10 years. This event overfilled last year, so enter early.
