No refunds (entry or stabling) after Monday, Mar 25th.USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees, are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation - no refund.

Scratches/Changes must be in writing via mail, fax, e-mail only. A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry: $30/change; $50/change after March 25th. Any paperwork RECEIVED after March 25th, add $50 fee. Incomplete entries may be wait-listed. Entries without payment will be waitlisted. Negative Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.

Include printed, legible, and current e-mail address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via e-mail. If overbooked, management reserves the rightto limit a rider to 2 horses in competition. Wait List: After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries paid in full are placed on the wait list. Once scheduling is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list by division only. The wait list expires on Sunday, Mar 24th at 9 pm. RIDERS MUST BRING PINNY HOLDER WITH THEM. Morven Park will provide paper numbers for their competitors to insert into their plastic pinny holders.

$120/stall (Fri/Sat/Sun), initial 2 bags ofbedding included. Additional stabling $40 per day; Tack/Additional Stall $120; 136 perm. 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $50 and mustmove out, clean stall andpay fine before Dressage. Shavings available for purchase, $10/bag. NO STRAW PLEASE. All stabling requests must have a stabling form submitted to the Secretary by CD. No motorized vehicles in barns at any time. See section 10.
