Fees

Draw checks to CHP. U.S. dollars only. Only ONE check needed for all horses/stabling/grounds fees. Double entries are not accepted. Entries will not be accepted until payment is received in full. All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. CCI: $450.00 (prize money awarded); A/I/P: $325.00 (prize money awarded);T: $275.00 (prize money awarded), Late Fee: $50.00. Change Fee: $50 office fee for entry changes after closing date. Stabling: $275.00 Stabling from Tuesday AM through Sunday PM; Tack/Non-Compete stall: $275.00; Grounds fee: $50.00 each non-stabled horse per event. RV/Camping: $ 50.00 per night.

Refunds: Scratches submitted before the closing date will be refunded entry and stabling fees, minus a$25 non-refundable office fee. Scratches submitted after the closing date will receive no refund. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by email only; NO phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted.USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or, if applicable, present at the first horse inspection. All courses: True representations of their level. New upper level tracks, focusing on open galloping courses. Rolling, sand-based turf, all-weather footing. CCI4*-S -3900m @ 570mpm. CCI3*-S -3600m @ 550mpm. CCI2*-S -3200m @ 520mpm. A-3600m @ 570 mpm. I-3600m @ 550mpm. P-3200m @ 520mpm. T-2400m @ 450mpm. Cross-country not open for schooling, except for scheduled schooling days.

Awards

Prize Money, Prizes & 10 ribbons per CCI division. TotalPrize Money in excess of $65,000.00. Prize Money, Prizes & 8 ribbons per National division. Prize money for A/I/P/T. Grooms Award, plus many other speciality trophies.

192 permanent stalls, 12' by 12'. Temporary stabling 12' by 12'. Available Tuesday AM to Sun PM. Stall doors no initial bedding. $275.00/ stall;. $275.00 Tack Stall/Non-competing.
