From East or North (through Columbia, SC): I-20 to SC exit 22. At the end of the ramp turn left on Hwy 1 (York St.). Follow Hwy 1 (York St.) to Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.) and turn left. Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.,) and turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 mi. on the right.
From South: I-95 to US-78 W via EXIT 77 toward BRANCHVILLE/BAMBERT. Go 13.1 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-21/FREEDOM RD. Go 0.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto US-78/W EDWARDS ST. Continue to follow US-78. Entries
XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary & Intermediate level entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
Double entries: Not accepted.All changes incur a $25 fee, per change. All changes and scratchesmust be made in writing, or emailto secretary. Check www.fullgallopfarm.com for entry status.
Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Withdrawals must be in writing, or email to secretary. Copy of horsesCoggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos, must be completely visible with all information. If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event please bring acopy to give to the event to keep;we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allowspost/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee.ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited (118 12x12 perm stalls on grounds) $100/stall-9am Tuesday to 9pm Wednesday Additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving. Off-site stabling will be assigned if needed at several farms with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings. Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. If you prefer we can have bagged shavings delivered to you stall for $8 per bag, please make note on entry or e-mail us the amount of shavings bags you would like. NOTICE- Due to Insurance policy changes - Full Gallop has instituted aNO DOG policy. We have recently had some dangerous issues with people bringing dogs on the property. NO DOGS WILL BE ALLOWEDat Full Gallop Farm only resident Full Gallop farm dogs will be allowed. This will be strictly enforced!!
No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course.

TEAM CHALLENGE: Teams will consist of four riders competing in thesameDivision (P, T, N, BN orStarter Division). The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings.Write your team name on your entry form.If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team.There is no additional fee to compete as a team.Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event. There must be a minimum of three teams at the level to run the team challenge at that level.
