Turn left on Rt 39. 4 miles turn right on Short Leaf Rd. 1 mile turn right on New Holland Rd. 8 miles turn left on Shaw's Fork Rd. At 2nd stop sign turn left on Rt 302. Paradise Farm is 2nd farm on left. From Charleston, I-26 N: Exit for Hwy 301 to Orangeburg. In Orangeburg turn on Rt 4 towards Aiken, that merges with Rt. 302. Paradise Farm is on the right, 1/4 mile past Stiefel Rd.

Tentative Schedule

Thurs: Cross-country course open - 3 pm. Fri: Dressage- 8 am, Show Jumping-10:15 am and Cross-country-Noon. P-T-N-BN-Starterone-day competition. Sat:Dressage- 8 am; Show Jumping-11:00 am. Sun:Cross-country-TBD. Depending on weather. Times/schedule subject to change. For those that only want to compete over one day, we are holding a 1-day format show on Friday. A 2-day format will be Sat/Sun. Please specify on your entry which you are entering.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except starter. Starter is exempt from USEA membership and horse registration, and the USEA Starter Fee does not apply. Paradise Farm will be using the plastic competition pinnies and will be supplying the competitor with a paper number only. All scratches & changes must be in writing to sec'y or email . All changes incur a $25 fee.NSF charges $100.00. Late Fee: $65.00 after closing date. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Entry status will be posted on website after draw date: www.paradisefarmaiken.com. Therewill be a mandatory $65.00 fee for all entries made after closing dateJan. 28, 2019. There will be $100.00 fee for returned checks in addition to bank charges. We will only accept checks drawn on American Banks. For those that want to only compete one day, we are holding a 1 day format show on Friday. A 2 day format will be Sat/Sun. Please specify on your entry which you are entering. Stabling/Veterinarian

$165.00 stall from noon Thursday to 6 pm Sunday. $25.00 per stall per day if needed longer. $35/horse grounds fee for non-stabled horses. Stalls are 10x10 with permanent stall doors. Shavings available for purchase, further info from sec'y. $25 stall cleaning fee required on separate check. Stalls to be stripped prior to departure. Call or email ahead to order shavings and have them waiting at your stall. Veterinarian: Southern Equine Service (803) 644 1544. # will be posted at stabling office & sec'y's office. This is tent stabling.

Cross-country course closed February 7. Entry limit, 150 - Friday; 250 - Sat/Sun. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. DOGS must be leashed. Paradise Farm has a one-way entry/exit system. This system is clearly posted on the website and will be enforced. Please make sure to enter/exit in appropriate places for safety reasons. Schooling is available after Horse Trials. Please check website or in event office. There will also be a $65.00 per entry late fee for entries postmarked after Jan. 28, 2019. Incomplete entries will not be processed. Entries will not be scheduled without full payment, legible coggins with accession no. and signature page.
