Stabling: $75/night. Limited stabling available in the
new barns. 12x12 stalls with stall doors and rubber mats provided. Please

Grounds Fee: Competing horse: no additional charge, included in Entry Fee!
Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50.
Late
Fee: $50 - Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date 1/15/19
will be charged a $50 late fee.
Change
Fee: $25. No changes will be processed after 1/7/19.
Returned check fee: $35.00.
REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 1/15/19,
refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list,
(if there is a wait list). No refunds after 1/25/19. If for any reason the show
is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The
USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and
shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not
start the dressage test.
Entries
No
entry accepted without payment. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE
MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by
closing date, 1/15/19, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked
entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 1/15/19, or a $50 late fee
will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be at the Stable View Main Office by
closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No
entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at preliminary must
send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF show pass fee
will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders
including foreign, must have a USEA number. As of December, 1 2016 all riders and horses must be members of
the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner
Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the
horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its
lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is
renewed annually. All membership cards and horse numbers have to
be to Stable View secretary by 1/15/19 or a $50 late fee will be owed.
Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse
or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes
will be allowed after 1/25/19. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12
months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at www.stableviewfarm.com. No other notification method will be used. Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc.

- 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350
MPM. All courses: Average to Challenging for horses with experience at level. There
will be water, banks and ditches appropriate for each level on the courses. Cross
Country Track is established, irrigated and aerated turf with established
Bermuda and Celebration grasses on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.
Cross-country Course is closed year-round for schooling. Volunteers can choose
to receive a free XC schooling pass for one of the Eventing Academy Open

Awards
6 ribbons per division.
PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL LEVELS! Up to $15,000 in Prize Money will be awarded. Each level /division will be awarded some portion of the prize money. For Details, please go to www.stableviewfarm.com to see the Prize List.
FITS $100 Gift Certificates will be awarded to all first place finishers.
TIP Awards and Prizes for the highest placed Thoroughbred Horse at each level. Register your off the track Thoroughbred at http://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7.
KWPN Awards for the highest placing Dutch Warmblood horse. To be eligible for this award, Horses must be registered as KWPN and a copy of breed registration papers that say “KWPN” must be provided to show secretary. These papers must, in turn, be available if requested by the KWPN-NA office to verify registration. Horses registered with any registry or studbook other than KWPN are not eligible.
Mary Alice Brown DVM Master Amateur Trophy – All Amateur competitors 50 years of age and over are eligible. The lowest scoring Amateur Competitor over the Winter and Spring HTs will have their name inscribed on the Perpetual Cup kept at Stable View and also receive a lovely blue crystal trophy to take home permanently. Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling - $75/night.
Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall
reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls
MUST BE STRIPPED.
Shavings discounted to
$6/bag if purchased through the closing date 1/15/19. After Closing Date Shavings
will be $8/bag (includes tax). Shavings will be available for sale on grounds
for the competition. Limited stabling available only in the new barns: 12x12

Other Information
Limited to 40 competitors per division, i.e.
PR, JYP, OP, TR, JYT, OT, NR, JYN, ON, BNR, JYBN, OBN. Waitlist compiled for
each division after 40. Get your Entry in early! Levels may be divided/combined if entries
warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF
rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.
