To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allows post/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings.Write your team name on your entry form.If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team.There is no additional fee to compete as a team.Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event. There must be a minimum of three teams at the level to run the team challenge at that level.
