Non-compete stalls may be limited due to entry status. Stabling: $150 for duration of event. (Thurs - Sun night) Each additional night is $35. Ship-In Fee: $40 forduration ofevent. Stall Cleaning Deposit: $50 per stall (separate check). Refunds: Before closing date -less $25 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date.NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. CROSS COUNTRY COURSE WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY,JANUARY17. Please check website for schooling days. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the eligible section and birth date on entry. NO unauthorized cars or trucks on course. NO golf carts or motorized bikes allowed on course while cross country is running. NO Canadian checks. NO camp fires NO turn out in round pen. Food vendors available on grounds. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed. No loud generators close to main barn. No straw/cardboard shavings in stalls. If found, stall deposit check will be cashed. Shavings - $7/bag. Ice - $3/bag. Volunteers earn Rocking Horse Bucks which can be used towards schooling or schooling shows.
