Go approx. 40 miles, cross over Hwy 40, go another 15 miles, farm on the left.From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Draw Checks to: Rocking Horse Stables. Entry: I/P: $230.00; T/N/BN: $200.00. Non Compete Horse: $50/Event. Non compete horses are required to wear a bridle number during competition. Non-compete stalls may be limited due to entry status. Stabling: $150 for duration of event. (Thurs - Sun night) Each additional night is $35. Ship-In Fee: $40 forduration ofevent. Stall Cleaning Deposit: $50 per stall (separate check). Refunds: Before closing date -less $25 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date.NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After closing date -refund only if there is a waiting list. Ship-in fees refunded. Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled.USEA Starter and D&M FeesRefund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition Cancellation-no refund.

USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Double entries: Not accepted. Changes made to an entry after closing date will be subject to a $25 processing fee.No changes to entry starting Tuesday before the event. Late entries (if space allows) will be subject to a $50 late fee. Competition Cancellation-no refund. X-C Pinny/Holder/Insert Required. Copy of current neg. coggins within 12 months must accompany entry. 30 day health certificate required at the Florida State line. PLEASE include a winter address and email on your entry form.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Permanent Stalls: $150 for duration of event. (Thursday - Saturday nights) Each additional night is $35. $50 stall cleaning deposit is requiredon a separate check. Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving. You must clean stall of allHAY/MANURE/URINEand stall must beLEVELED FLAT. NO holes or pits please. Also, NO straw or cardboard/newspaper shavings. CROSS COUNTRY COURSE WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY,JANUARY17. Please check website for schooling days. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the eligible section and birth date on entry. NO unauthorized cars or trucks on course. NO golf carts or motorized bikes allowed on course while cross country is running. NO Canadian checks. NO camp fires NO turn out in round pen. Food vendors available on grounds. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed. No loud generators close to main barn. No straw/cardboard shavings in stalls. If found, stall deposit check will be cashed. Shavings - $7/bag. Ice - $3/bag. Volunteers earn Rocking Horse Bucks which can be used towards schooling or schooling shows.
