TENTATIVE SCHEDULE This schedule is provisional and the final schedule will depend on entry numbers. Jumping Sessions and additional Ring Familiarization will be included as schedule is finalized. Tues: 12:00 noon – Stables open Wed: 12:00 Mandatory Competitor Briefing. 1:30 1st Horse Inspection. 4:00 - 6:00 Arena Familiarization for horses competing on Thursday only. Thurs: 8:00am CIC3*, CCI2*, CCI1* Dressage. 4:00 - 6:00 Arena Familiarization fro horses competing on Friday only. Fri: 8:00am CCI3*/CCI1* Dressage. 5:30 mandatory riders meeting for CCI3*/CCI2*/CCI1* competitors. Sat: 8:00am CCI1* XC, followed by CCI3* and then CCI2*. 10:00am CIC3* Show Jumping. Sun: 11:00am CIC3* XC.

There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. Returned check charge: $50. - Late fee-entering after closing date, $50. Late payments on site by credit card, cash or money order. - Refunds: Before C.D.-In full less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. - USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. - Double entries: Not accepted. - Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. Out-of-state horses MUST have a health certificate for entry into the state of Florida. - 2017 membership card for USEF membership for the rider/owner/trainer of horses competing at the prelim level and above MUST be submitted. NO cell phone 'cards' can be used. If a membership card has not been received, you will be required to pay the $30 show pass fee. - Stabling is required for all CCI2/1 horses.

Awards

Ribbons through 12th place. $45K-in-kind and cash: a) CCI3* $15k cash PLUS $5 Thoroughbred cash PLUS in-kind prizes (Devoucoux, Platinum Perf, Tipperary, Etc.), b) CIC3* $5k cash PLUS $4k Thoroughbred cash PLUS in-kind prizes, c) CCI2* in-kind prizes PLUS $3k Thoroughbred cash, d) CCI1* in-kind PLUS $3k Thoroughbred cash. Top Placing Young Horse Prizes: $1000 6yrs old in 1*; $1500 7yrs old in 2**. Prize money paid by check to owner of horse as listed on entry. FEI Rule 505.3.1: The value of the first prize for individuals or teams, either in cash or in kind easily convertible into cash, may never exceed one third of the total value of the prize money and prizes convertible into cash offered for the Competition. The minimum number of prizes offered for each competition must be allocated on the basis of one prize for every commenced four Athletes, with a minimum of five prizes. A W-9 must be filled out and signed by every horse owner for prize money checks to be sent out. Please try to include with entry. SPECIAL AWARDS FOR THE HIGHEST PLACING JOCKEY CLUB REGISTERED THOROUGHBREDS OR FOREIGN THOROUGHBREDS STUD BOOK RECOGNIZED BY THE JOCKEY CLUB IN EACH DIVISION. Special awards to highest placing Jockey Club Registered Thoroughbreds or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club within each level.Special entry form (available from event secretary) which has to include the registration number must be provided BEFORE the start of competition. If registration is not complete prior to starting the competition, you will not be eligible for this prize. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.)is offering ribbons, prizes and prize money ($75) to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reserve highest placed Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. Numbers to event organizerwith entry.For more information, visit www.tjctip.com. All prize money will be provided to the host horse show for distribution. Eligibility - Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with The Jockey Club or a foreignThoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards.Numbers must be provided to the Secretary prior to arrival. None will be accepted after competition begins.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: $300.00 Tues. through Mon. Arrivals before Tues. must notify Secretary. Temporary stalls. Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Bedding will be available for purchase, order prior to arrival through Secretary, or on grounds from Stable Office.Stabling is required for all CCI2/1 horses. To stabling: Exit 368 off I-75, west approx. 1/2 mile to Stabling entrance on left. Vet:Rood & Riddle - Vets to be assigned as time gets closer.

Dressage

Test & arena sizes: CCI3* 2015 FEI Three-star Test B-Std.CCI2* 2015 FEI Two-star Test B-Std. CCI1* 2015 FEI One-star Test B-Std.CIC3*-2015 FEIThree-star Test B-Std. Established grass turf arena with extensive drainage and irrigation capability. Warm-up arenas are of the same footing.

Cross-Country

CCI3*- 5850 m @ 570 mpm. CIC3*-3750m @ 570 mpm. CCI2*-4950 @ 550 mpm. CCI1*-4160m @ 520 mpm. The courses will run on long established, gently undulating permanent grassland and are being professionally built by Tyson Rementer and his team. The area for the courses is very much in a traditional English style park with mature trees and flowing lines. There is significant footing prep being undertaken to make it as good as possible. There will be 2 water fences, excellent viewing, and all the courses run through the newly developed main arena. Cross-country course is not available for schooling at any time.
