Stabling: $125.00.

Tack stall: $125.00.
Stabling Extra nights: $35.00.
Grounds fee: $40.00 (each non-stabled horse per event).
Camping: $40.00 per night. Spaces assigned by Carolina Horse Park office. MUST pick up RV tag at check-in.

Fax coggins and signature/release page to: (910) 875-4310; Include your name and phone # on all faxed pages. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry/Stabling -Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/stable- No refund. Stabling refund only if stall is filled. Competition cancellation-No refund. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by fax and email only; NO phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. $50 late fee will apply for any entry after closing date. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months: FAX a copy to: 910-875-4310 and bring it with you! Check entry status at www.carolinahorsepark.com.
NOTE: Paper number pinnies will be used for cross-country.

Stabling/Veterinarian
192permanent stalls (assigned based on postmark of individual complete entries--groups may be divided). $125/ stall; 8:00am Thurs to Sun pm. Stall doors only provided (no bedding included). Stall dimensions are 12' by 12'. $125 Tack Stall/Non-competing. ***Please use one person's name or group stable name for all 'stable with' requests (only onename will be designated per group). Bedding may be purchased for $8/bag (please pre-order shavings) . Veterinarians: So. Pines Equine, (910) 692-8640 # will be posted on website and Smart Phone App - Event Center.
