From North: I-25 South exit Lincoln; east to Parker Road (#83); south (right) on Parker Road. Go 6.5 miles. Turn east (left) on Bayou Gulch Road (there is a traffic light). Follow signs to Colorado Horse Park. Main entrance just east of Ponderosa High School.
From South: I-25 North exit 181 (Plum Creek Pkwy) in Castle Rock. Turn right onto Plum Creek Pkwy. Then .24 miles turn left onto S. Perry St. Make a right onto 5th St. (turns into E Highway 86/CO-86. Turn left onto CO-83/N State HW 86. Go approx. 3 miles to Bayou Gulch Road (there is a traffic light). Turn east (right) onto Bayou Gulch Road - follow signs to Colorado Horse Park.

EVENT FEES: Draw checks to Colorado Horse Park. Register online via Xentry at USEA Xentry.
AEC ENTRY FEE: AEC Entry Fees: A-$550; I-$500; P/T/N/BN-$435 Entry fee includes ticket to Welcome Reception on Thursday evening and Competitors Party/Awards Banquet Saturday night.
FESTIVAL HT DIVISION ENTRY FEES: P-$275; T/N/BN/Intro-$245.
STABLING: $250/stall; noon Monday 8/27- noon Monday 9/3, $30/day for additional stabling. Early stabling must be requested on entry or to Secretary at [email protected]. Tack Stalls are highly recommended as trailer parking is off site one mile away. Tack Stall - $250/stall.
GROUNDS FEE: $100/horse (for competing horse not stabled on grounds).
CAMPING:RV Hook ups are available. Dry camping is available: Please email Diane at [email protected]. Do not book through event secretary.
SHAVINGS/FEED:Please order in advance through [email protected] before week of the show.
GOLF CARTS: Advanced Reservation is REQUIRED! Please call Mile High Golf Carts at 303-951-2131.
Entries will be considered complete when the event secretary has received ALL forms, signatures and payment. All required documents must be RECEIVED by the secretary on or before 8/14/2018. Entries will not be accepted without credit card payment or receipt of check.

2) Health/Veterinary Health Certificate signed by license vet within 10 days of arrival documenting
a) Proof of Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus 1 & 4 within 6 months, not with 7 days of arrival.
b) Not shown symptoms of or been treated for EHV-4/1 within the past 28 days.
c) Not been at a facility under quarantine for EHV-4/1 or exposed to any horses showing symptoms of EHV-4/1 within the past 28 days.
Documents will be checked at the gate upon arrival before entrance to the property.

AEC DIVISION AWARDS: 1st-12th place ribbons, Prizes for each division. Prize Money for each level: A-$40,000; I-$15,000; P-$10,000; T-$10,000; N-$10,000; BN-$10,000. Prize Money for Adult Team Championship: $2,000/level P,T,N,BN.
FESTIVAL HT DIVISION AWARDS: 1st-10th place ribbons. Prize for 1st place.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$250/stall; noon Monday 8/27- noon Monday 9/3, stabling includes one initial bag of shavings. $30/day for additional stabling. A- 3600m @ 570 mpm. I-3200m @ 550 mpm. P-2200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 470 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Intro-1800 @300 mpm. All courses: Championship level courses. Grass Turf. Absolutely no golf carts on the Cross-Country Course.
Festival horse trial divisions cross-country courses will be above average in difficulty. These division will run the same courses as the AEC divisions but with some non-championship options.
