Grounds Fee: Competing horse: no additional charge, included in Entry Fee!
Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50.

Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date 12/26/17 will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 1/7/18.
Returned check fee: $35.00.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 12/26/17, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). No refunds after 1/7/18. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 12/26/17, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 12/26/17, or a $50 late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF show pass fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. As of December, 1 2016 all riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 12/26/17 or a $50 late fee will be owed. Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling - $200 from Friday 8 AM to Sunday 6PM; Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $8/bag (includes tax).Temporary tent stabling available only: 10x10 stalls with stall doors. Dressage

Test & arena sizes: P-2018 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2018 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. All dressage will be ridden in grass arenas.

Cross-Country

Cross Country Courses designed by Mogie Bearden-Muller (MD) P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM.All courses: Easier to Averagefor horses with some experience at this level. Courses will be good season starter courses. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. ​Cross-country Course is closed year-round. Volunteers can choose to receive a free XC schooling pass for one of the Eventing Academy Open Schooling Dates. Total maximum entries 200 for the show. After 200 a wait list will be compiled. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed.Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301. *Completed entries include; Entry Form with Signatures, USEA numbers, USEF numbers (if applicable), Coggins, Payment, Stabling Form (if applicable) and Stall Deposit Check (if applicable).
