Stabling Extra nights: $35.00.
Grounds fee: $40.00 (each non-stabled horse per event).
Camping: $35.00 per night. Spaces assigned by Carolina Horse Park office. MUST pick up RV tag at check-in.

Please go to www.carolinahorsepark.com for updated Omnibus listing before entering! All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Fax coggins and signature/release page to: (910) 875-4310; Include your name and phone # on all faxed pages. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry/Stabling -Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/stable- No refund. Stabling refund only if stall is filled. Competition cancellation-No refund. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by fax and email only; NO phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.$35 change/office fee until Aug. 18; $50 late fee will apply for any entry after closing date August. 18th. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months: FAX a copy to: 910-875-4310 and bring it with you! Check entry status at www.carolinahorsepark.com.

Prizes 1st - 8th ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian
192permanent stalls (assigned based on postmark of individual complete entries--groups may be divided). $175/ stall; 8 am Thurs to Sun pm. Stall doors only provided (no bedding included). Stall dimensions are 12' by 12'. $175 Tack Stall/Non-competing. Please use one person's or farm name for all 'stable with' requests. Bedding may be purchased for $8/bag (please pre-order shavings) . Veterinarians: So. Pines Equine, (910) 692-8640 # will be posted on website and Smart Phone App - Event Center.

Test & arena sizes:A-2014 USEF Advanced Test B-Std.I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. CT levels will ride the same test as the horse trials level. Arenas & Warm-up: Natural sand base rings, all-weather footing.
Cross-Country
Approximate Distances A-3800m @ 570 mpm .I-3400m @ 550 mpm. P-3200m @ 520 mpm. T-2400m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @375 mpm.
BN-1900m @325 mpm. All courses: True representations of their level. Cross Country Course closed July 26th 2013.
Other Information
During event, the schedule and all rider information including ride times, stable chart, course maps, and results will be available on the smartphone app called "Event Center".
Cross-country course open for scheduled Friends of the Park schooling days only. Check website for dates.
Divisions may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be leashed. Please, nowheeled or motorized vehicles past start box or on cross-country. Management reserves the right to limit # horses per rider per division.
Food available on grounds.
