VIDEO: Adult Rider Open Forum

Adult Rider Committee co-chairs Donna Bottner and Dawn Robbins led the Adult Rider Open Forum at the 2018 USEA Annual Meeting & Convention. The 10 Area Adult Rider Coordinators introduce themselves and explain a bit about each Area's program. Then, Daniel Stewart talks about the Equestrian Athlete Camps at the U.S. Olympic Training Center and the benefits of the program. Finally, Bottner and Robbins open the floor for amateur and adult riders in the audience to bring forward questions and concerns for discussion.

About the USEA Annual Meeting & Convention

The USEA Annual Meeting & Convention takes place each December and brings together a large group of dedicated USEA members and supporters to discuss, learn, and enjoy being surrounded by other eventing enthusiasts. The USEA organizes multiple seminars in addition to committee meetings, open forums, and tons of fun! Applications for the 2021 Worth the Trust Scholarship Now Available

In 2000 and with the support of Joan Iversen Goswell, the Worth the Trust Scholarships were established to provide financial assistance to amateurs to pursue their education in eventing. The funds from the Worth the Trust Educational Scholarship may be used for training opportunities such as clinics, working student positions, and private or group instruction, or to learn from an official, course designer, technical delegate, judge, veterinarian, or organizer.
