Most event horses have shoes tapped with stud-holes so that grooms/riders can screw in studs to give the horses better traction while galloping around cross-country. Max Corcoran shows us a good basic set of studs to start you off, as well as the studs that you'd see the grooms and riders at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event putting in their horses shoes for the track.
