Mastering the Coffin with Stephen Bradley

In this educational video from the USEA Vault, five-star eventer Stephen Bradley shares some tips and tricks for riding a coffin exercise as smoothly and safely as possible. Bradley also discusses the best approach when practicing this exercise with a younger horse.

Bradley is an accomplished eventer who has represented the United States at the Olympic Games and won two team gold medals at two Pan American Games. He is one of only two U.S. riders to win the prestigious Burghley Horse Trials CCI4* (now CCI5*-L) and also won the Kentucky Three-Day Event CCI4* (now CCI5*-L) in 1996 riding Doctor DoLittle.
