Event Entries and Xentry both have the option to upload your Coggins and USEA/USEF pages. Event Entries accepts Loch Moy Farm waivers. You must use these options to enter. (You do not need to submit a paper copy of your Xentry, regardless of what it says!)
Per USEF Rule GR909, we will not accept an entry unless/until the following has been submitted: Entry form, both USEF/USEA waivers signed by ALL applicable parties, fees for entry and stabling. Entry Fee: YEH-4, YEH-5 : $140 + $20 USEA starter fee. NEH: $140 + $10 USEA starter fee.
POST Entry: (if space allows): YEH: $165 + $20 USEA starter fee. NEH: $165 + $10 USEA starter fee.
Stabling: $50.00 per night.
Grounds Fee: No grounds fee for competing horses. For non-compete horses, $50.00.
Muck Fee: $25.00 (Charged ahead of time on Xentry, or after event on Event Entries). Stalls must be stripped + swept to receive refund.
Tack stall: $50.00 per night.
Late Fee: (included in Post Entry fees above) $25.00
Double Entries: Not allowed.
Incomplete Fee: No fee for missing items, but incomplete entries will not receive ring/ride times.
Change Fee: $25. Changes must be in writing (email). NO TEXT MESSAGES.
Camping: W/electric hookup (only eight available on a first-come, first-placed basis): $60.00/night. Placement next to barn is not guaranteed.Absolutely no trailer parking at stabling! All trailers must be parked in designated satellite parking.
Refunds: Before Closing Date-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date- No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds mailed within 30 days of competition.
USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($20 YEH, $10 NEH), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not enter the ring or start their dressage test.
Entries
INCOMPLETE ENTRIES: Will not receive ride times! All items must be submitted before arrival on the grounds.
USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) required at all levels, except FEH handler.
HORSE REGISTRATION: USEA Limited or Full Registration Required for YEH/NEH horses. USEA FEH, Limited or Full Registration required for FEH horses.
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be used for the jump/gallop test. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
PAYMENT: ONLINE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY! All entry fees must be in US funds; no foreign checks. Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries!
CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $25 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). NO TEXTS. Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted.
COGGINS: Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including non-compete horse.

Stabling:112 permanent stalls with sliding

Trailer Parking: No fee. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OF
TRAILERS AT STABLING! All trailers must park in designated satellite
parking. Only campers or LQ trailers that pay for
hookup may park at stabling. There are only 8 hook-ups total on grounds.
First-arrived, first served. Placement next to barn is not guaranteed!
Muck Deposit: $25 (charged after event on Event Entries, before event
on Xentry). Stalls must be stripped + swept to avoid/refund muck
fee!Fee collected via Xentry will be refunded by competition after the
event.

Other Information
DOGS:There will be a $100 fine for any dog not
on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to
leave the grounds. Dogs that bark continuously, lunge at people or
horses or are otherwise disruptive should be left at home!
Organizer/management reserves the right to evict any dog and its owner
from the property. GR1301.6 will be STRICTLY ENFORCED: Dogs are not
permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or
otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while
mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims,
losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners
failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under
Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
Disrespect toward volunteers, officials, staff, other competitors and other persons on the ground will not be tolerated.
Organizer/management reserves the right to remove anyone from the
grounds for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful
behavior.

No motorized vehicles on course. Only Official vehicles allowed. Absolutely no bicycles on course when horses are competing!
EV114 Dress PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels
of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at
Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders
must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by
local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must
wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM
(American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment
Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness
must be secured and properly fitted.

multiple locations in the stabling area. Competition Management may
fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other
sharp disposable instruments. Be sure to use the USEF online
declaration form to declare and legal drugs administered to your horse.
