From I-20 Eastbound: Exit 172, LEFT on GA 17, go 1/2 mile then go right on NEW 4-lane bypass, go thru 2 lights then take left after RR overpass on US 278 east toward Augusta. Main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.
From I-20 Westbound: Exit 175, left on GA 150, 2 miles to left on NEW 4-lane GA 17 bypass. Go thru 1 light then take left after RR overpass on US 278 east toward Augusta. Main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.

USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Grounds Fee: $60.00 (Non-stabled horses).
Stabling: $140.00 (Covers Friday and Saturday nights only, early arrival pays extra night stabling).
Stall Deposit: Send separate $50 stall deposit muck fee with entry. Stalls MUST be stripped or check will be cashed. No cash will be accepted for stall deposits, only checks sent in WITH entry.
Extra night stabling: $20 per night.
Non-compete horses: $165 (Includes $25 surcharge).
Tack stalls: $140 (Only available after horses have been assigned stalls.
Camping: $ 45.00/night (Note on stable form if RV is large and/or requires 50 amps. Because of certain RV requirements, may not be able to honor, "stable with request"). Camping sites will be checked for payment.
Extra shavings: $9.00 per bag (One bag included with entry fee).
Returned check fee: $50.00.
USEF Show Pass (non-member) fee: $45.00 (If a current hard copy USEF card(s) for rider, owner, and or trainer is not submitted with entry for Prelim and or Modified by 11/9. If for any reason you ride without the rider, owner, and or trainer being a member of USEF at the Modified or Preliminary level, you will owe Pine Top $45 for each infraction or stand the chance of your entry not being accepted the next time you send an entry in.
Change fee: $25.00 per change.
All fees owed will need to be paid before you arrive on grounds, i.e., change fees, shavings fees on pre-ordered shavings. All entry and stabling fees HAVE to be paid by closing date 11-9, or $50 late fee will be owed and MUST be paid before arriving on show grounds.
ALL fees paid after closing date will owe a $50 late fee.

P-3100 m @ 520 mpm. M- 2700 m @ 490 mpm. PT/T-2500 m @ 470 mpm. TN/N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling pasture with some woods. No clay or stones, track is aerated. Jumps are substantial and up to height but inviting. All courses: Near maximum distance and efforts with banks, ditches, multiple waters, etc. Cross-country course closed.
Awards
Prizes and 8 big pretty ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited....Stalls are 12X12and 12X10 and all have doors. $140/Stall includes Friday and Saturday nights. Extra nights, $20 per night. Non-compete horses $165 (includes $25 surcharge). Tack stalls, $140 only if available. 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding provided (1 bag of shavings per stall). Bedding-shavings only, available for $9 per bag. Due to COVID, all shavings need to be prepaid by credit card. NO CASH. Shavings can be pre-orderd and will be placed at your stall before the the show. During the show, shavings will need to be ordered by email and paid with credit card. Most stalls have mats. No straw bedding. Stall deposits must be in form of a check sent in with entry, no cash accepted for stall deposits at the show. Stalls must be left clean of ALL hay, manure balls and wet spots. Stalls MUST be stripped. Further info from sec. Veterinarian: Dr. Kim Keeton 706-612-6018 # will be posted at office. "Stable with" requests for late entries may not be honored. Certain RV requirements may prevent "stable with request" being honored. Please let us know on your stable form if your RV is large and or requires 50 amps. No tent camping or electric fenced paddocks. No One can sell their stabling.
Paddocks for use only by paid, stabled horses, NO ship ins can use paddocks.

All riders and other attendees must check in thru window at show office. No one allowed in office.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. If you want to be in a Junior division, be sure to enter Junior division on entry form.

Dogs must be leashed, or pay $20 loose dog fee in cash. Strictly enforced.
ALL fees have to be paid in advance and all signatures and numbers have to be turned into the secretary by closing date or a late fee of $50 will be owed. Shavings can be ordered and paid by email or text to the show secretary and will be delivered to your stall before the show starts. No One can show up to the show and pay entry or stabling fees.
Braiding is discouraged and not counted against you.
Competitor must provide pinny holder. Pine Top will provide the paper pinny number. Pinny holder can be purchased for $25. E-mail for availability.

Pine Top will require all people on grounds to follow Georgia State COVID guidelines. Those refusing to will be asked to leave the show grounds.
Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular
Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above and Combined Driving
Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance
Rides. A nonmember may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer
at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and
Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a $45 Show Pass fee. Participants in the following
classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and
races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot (exception: Friesian performance FR222) and academy
classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF
introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8)
Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in
good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant
handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the
state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but
not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of
licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described
motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The
parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating
a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or
actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those
responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for
individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and
management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not
limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds.
Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of
harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs
the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is
accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULEBOOK
WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH
All competitors must wear an approved helmet while mounted.EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
Sharps containers are placed at each barn for proper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments.
