Any entry that does not have all paperwork including coggins and signatures postmarked or stamped within 5 days after the close date will be considered late and assessed a $50 late fee. If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event please bring acopy to give to the event to keep;we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allowspost/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee.ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date or an entry that does not have payment by close date, will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $100/stall-9am Saturday to 9pm Sunday; additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 120 perm. stalls on grounds. Several paddocks are also available for the same stall fee, first come first serve by postmark. Please write on top of stabling form if requesting a paddock in addition to a stall or in place of a stall. Cross-country course closed June 10th, 2019. Part of Grounds fees and late fees are donated to the Volunteer fire Dept. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course. NOTICE -Due to changes in our insurance -Full Gallop has had to institute a NO DOG policy. This will now be in effect for Full Gallop at all times, during events, schooling etc. Food on the grounds. TEAM CHALLENGE: Teams will consist of four riders competing in thesameDivision (P, T, N, BN orStarter Division). The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings.Write your team name on your entry form.If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team.There is no additional fee to compete as a team.Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event. There must be a minimum of three teams at the level to run the team challenge at that level.
