From South: I-185 north, Exit #12, Williams Rd., east (right). Straight thru stop sign, cross RR to traffic light, then north (left) on Veterans Pkwy. 12.0 mi. to left at Kingsboro Rd. Intro (XC Jumps-12" and Show Jumps-18"): $150. Stabling: $175.00 for Friday - Sunday;Additional nights: $35.00. Initial bag of bedding included. Bedding available for purchase $9/bag pre-order and onsite. Stall deposit: $50.00 (separate check). Grounds fee: $50.00 for Non-stabled (ship-in) horses and non-competing horses.

Camping:$50/night for 50 amp and $40/night for 30 amp hook-up. Limited spaces, please specify electric needs. Refunds: Up to one week after C.D. (March 13), less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals MUST be emailed, faxed or mailed & postmarked on or before March 13. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Prizes & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling: $175/stall Friday through Sunday and includes initial bag of shavings. Additional nights-$35/stall. 224 permanent stalls (10’ x 12’) & temporary stalls (10’ x 10’) available if entries warrant. If temporary stabling is utilized, permanent barn assignments will be made based on postmark date of entry (not “stable with” requests). Stall doors/initial bedding (shavings) provided. Tack stalls $175 - available only after all horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $50 for entire event. Grounds fee for non-compete horses $50 for entire event. Shavings:Shavings available for purchase on grounds for $9/bag pre-order or buy on site. $50 stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with entry ON ASEPARATE CHECK. Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped). Cross-country course closed March 12. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food concession on grounds – open early for breakfast. Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed during competition. If caught loose, $25 fine. No motorized vehicles allowed on XC courses. Party: Competitor reception on Saturday evening. Hor de'voures, beer, wine, water and soft drinks.
