There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Athletes whose Horse’s Passport and/or Recognition Card is not correctly validated, or failing to meet other requirements for vaccination and Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication control (Veterinary Regulations Article 1030) will be subject to Sanctions in accordance with Annex II of the Veterinary Regulations.
Horses competing at FEI Events must comply with the requirements for Equine Influenza vaccination in accordance with the Veterinary Regulations and as summarised below.
Foreign Horses must have an Official FEI Passport.FEI passport is not required for U.S Horses, but a USEF National Passport is required for all U.S. CCI1*/CIC2* Horses. VET. REGS. APPENDIX VI: All CCI1* & CIC**Riders & Horses must be recorded with the FEI, USEF, USEA. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. Non-competing horses are welcome on grounds. $50.00 per horse, plus appropriate stabling fees. Must sign waiver in office and be issued a non-competing horse number. Riding will be restricted to published times and areas . Absolutely NO ATV's allowed at VHC. Absolutely no motorized vehicles on Cross Country courses at any time. All Withdrawals must be made in writing, postmarked, emailed no later than Closing Date. All changes to entry must be made in writing before C.D., any change to entry stats/stabling /post entries after C.D. a processing fee will be charged according to chart above. Stabling/Veterinarian
$55.00 per day/night. Barns open up noon Wednesday. Early arrivals=$ 55 per night/day; layover additional fees require call ahead to arrange. 800 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided, no initial bedding provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. All entries must have a stabling form.All stabling requests must be in writing by C.D., additional requests after C.D. subject to $40 processing fee.College Team will be issue a free tack stall for a team of four. Selection of reserved site is still first come, first served upon arrival. Camping without reservations will be permitted if there are vacancies.
