Address: We are directly across the street from 16801 Pflumm in Olathe, KS 66062(for mapquest or GPS units).
Coming from the south: From I-35, get off at Exit 210, turn right and take 175th Street east*Go slow at R/R tracks* after stop light, turn left (North) onto Pflumm Rd and go 0.8 miles to Horse Park entrance on left
Travelling from the north: exit 214 (Lone Elm Rd/W. 159th St). Turn ontoS LoneElm Roadand go to 175th Street. Turn left at 175th Street then follow above directions from go slow at R/R tracks.
If you are heading south on Pflumm from 159th & Pflumm, horse park entrance is 1.2 miles south of the intersection. (Horse Park entrance is not a "marked" park entrance, look for horse trial signs.
**IF DRIVING A LARGE RIG, PLEASE APPROACH FROM THE SOUTH! THE DRIVE IS EASIER TO ENTER WHEN YOU ARE HEADING NORTH!

Payment may be made through paypal (no paypal account necessary). A 4% convenience charge will be applied to payments made through paypal. Ifyou'd like topay by credit card (via paypal), or through paypal,please note on your entry you'd like to use the paypaloption and management will email a bill to you through paypal. Division charges through PayPal will include all fees (ie, starter, USEF, drug/med, etc.).

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund of entry or stabling. Withdrawals accepted by email only and must be sent to sec´y by 9 pm on C.D. Contact secretary through email if possible. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEAStarter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Entries
Starter Division: USEAStarter and D&M fees do not apply and USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived, for all other levels USEA membership (Junior, Full, Life) and horse registered (Limited, Full) is required. CT Divisions: Riders who are not USEA members, must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee. The USEA Starter and D&M fees do not apply.
All entries must be postmarked, if sent by Registered mail, FedEx or UPS, please check appropriate delivery method that allows them to leaveat doorso it does not require a signature. No hand delivered entries will be accepted. Bounced Check Surcharge: $50. Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund of entry or stabling. Withdrawals accepted by email only and must be sent to sec´y by 9 pm on C.D. Awards
8 ribbons per division are awarded. Completion ribbons will also be awarded. The Jockey Club's Thoroughbred Incentive Program awards will be offered. The TIP number must accompany entry. for additional information, please see tjctip.com.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. $160/Stall from 12 pm Thursday to 12 pm Monday. Approx. 10x10 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. On ground stabling will be determined by the date entry is received. Entries received before closing date will have priority. All horses that are kept on grounds overnight must have a stall that is provided by competition management. Horses may not be stabled in horse trailers on grounds.$60 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. Bedding available for purchase and may be ordered prior to arrival if you know number of bags you would like, further info from sec´y. Veterinarian: # will be posted at sec´y´s tent and on scoreboard.

Test & arena sizes:IP-2018 USEF Intermediate Test A-Lg.P/PT-2018 USEF Preliminary Test B-Lg. T-2018 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter -2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. CT will use the same dressage tests as HT. Arenas: Grass.
Cross-Country
IP/P-Approx. 3100 m @ 520mpm. PT/T-Approx. 2500 m @ 450 mpm/20-24 obstacles. N-Approx. 2100 m @ 375 mpm/18-20 obstacles. BN-Approx. 1900 m @ 350 mpm/14-18 obstacles. Starter-Approx. 1500m @ 275mpm/10-14 obstacles and inviting. Our course designer describes the courses as follows: all courses are over mowed grass park land with open rolling hillocks with no significant elevation changes. There are a few wooded areas that will be galloped through. N, T, P will have maximum size fences on course so do not consider this a "move up course", however, the courses should be considered standard for their level. Riders limited 2 horses/level, or 3 horses/entire event. Levels divided by Jr. and Sr. and may be further divided if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Dogs must be leashed and attached to a human. Loose dogs will be confiscated & owner fined $50.00.
NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE XC COURSE.
Dressage tests will be offered on Friday for $20/test ridden. If you'd like to participate pleaselist thedesired test to ride in with entries and entry fee for the test.
Competitor's party Saturday night. Free ticket for competitor, $20/additional ticket. Other details to follow.
