Entry fees include Stabling from Thursday-Sunday and a $25 non-refundable office fee. Extra nights: $20 per night. Tack Stall: $150 (if available). Clean Stall Deposit: $25 (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped clean) no CC or cash accepted. Change fee $25 after CD, $40 charge after schedule is done, notice will be sent out via email. Double entries: Not accepted. All riders entered in the P and I divisions must have proof of USEF membership!
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
Biosecurity: This event requires a negative coggins dated within 1 year of the event, and proof of vaccination for EHV within 180 days of the event. Please be prepared to show vaccination records on request.
All divisions Ribbons to 8th place and prizes from 1st- 4th place. Don't miss the Awards Ceremonies for All BN and Starter divisions taking place Saturday during the Competitor Party!
200 10x10 permanent and temp stalls with doors. Stabling opens Thursday 1 pm-Sunday 6 pm, mandatory stabling included in entry fees, initial shavings included. Extra stabling $20 per night. Hay & shavings available for purchase in advance with entry or email [email protected] prior to May 14th to have your order delivered to your stall. Shaving orders received prior to event $8, during event $10! Shavings only allowed! Stall cleaning deposit=$25 included on separate check (cash will not be returned), if stall found stripped your deposit will be destroyed. Indicate a ONE stabling group name if you want to stable with others. Veterinarian: # will be at show office and stall doors.
Located in Menomonie: Americinn Lodge & Suites-17 mi. , Quality Inn and Suits , Econo Lodge (pool)-17 mi., Super 8-17 mi.(pool) , Motel 6-17 mi. , Best Western Plus Inn & Suites . Limited camper hook-ups (water/electric) - $100 (Thur-Sund). No electric or water hookups permitted from barns.

Test & arena sizes: New dressage test for 2018 will be used! I-2018 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P/PT-2018 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2018 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter- USDF Intro Test C.
I-approx. 3550 m @ 550 mpm. P-approx. 3250 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-approx. 2500 m @ 450 mpm. N-approx. 2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN-approx. 1850 m @ 350 mpm/max. Easy Starter course height not over 2'4" water is optional. All courses are designed according to the National standards for each level and are considered Average in difficulty, Terrain: Rolling to hilly terrain with very good sand turf footing. All courses spectator friendly! Cross-country course open only by appointment course close two weeks prior to show.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Competitor Party: Saturday evening. Food, beverages, music and other entertainment. One ticket included per entry. Party tickets available in the office or when entering on line at evententries.com for $20.
Please help us protect the xc footing by limiting the amount of vehicles used on course. No scooters or golf carts allowed in water complex, wooded paths or hills for any reason!
