From Charlotte: Get on I-85 S, then take exit 10B to get on US 74 W. Drive 46 miles, then take exit 170.
From South Carolina: Get on I026 W, then take exit 67 to US 74 E Columbus/Tryon. Go straight through the roundabout off the exit, then veer right towards Forest City/Shelby to get on US 74 E. Drive 8 miles, then take exit 170.

All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
Double entries: Not accepted. "SIGNATURE REQUIRED ENTRIES" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. $50 CHANGE FEE AND $50 LATE FEE AFTER CD. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $50 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation - None. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or if applicable does not present at the first horse inspection.

Changes and scratches accepted by fax, email & phone; NOT BY ANSWERING MACHINE. ENTRY STATUS WILL BE EMAILED TO COMPETITORS. PLEASE INCLUDE LEGIBLE EMAIL ADDRESS. CIC Horses must be registered with the USEF and FEI. All CIC3*, CIC2* and CIC1* foreign horses must have a FEI Passport, with current influenza primary and booster shots recorded, and current health certificate. CIC2* and CIC1* U.S. horses must have either a FEI or National Passport with current influenza primary booster shots recorded, and current health certificate. Please include Breed and bloodline information on entry for all CIC horses. Information will be used by the announcer during competition. A/I/P/M/T please attach a copy of current rider/owner USEF cards.
Neg. 12 month Coggins must be current through last day of competition and must accompany entry.
Advanced Division: Both Test A and B will be offered. Please specify on entry which test.
Awards and ribbons through 8th place. Prize Money TBA.
Stalls: $250 April 3-8, $50 per night, additional nights. 1,056 permanent stalls with rubber mats. 115 lockable tack rooms. No initial bedding provided. Shavings for sale on grounds. Pre-order shavings to have them in your stall at arrival at [email protected] Day Trailers, $50 grounds fee for the event. NOTE: "STABLE WITH" REQUESTS PLEASE USE ONE PERSONS NAME TO IDENTIFY STALLS TOGETHER.

I- 2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. M-2017 USEF Modified Test A - Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. Arenas: All weather surfaces.
CIC3*: 3600m @ 570 mpm. CIC2*: approx. 3400m @ 550 mpm. CIC1*: approx. 3200m @ 520 mpm. A: approx. 3650m @ 570 mpm. I: approx. 3400 @ 550 mpm. P: 2500m @ 520mpm. M- 2200 - 3000m @ 490 mpm. T: 2400m @ 470 mpm. CIC3* and Advanced course fairly difficult with CCI preparation in mind and will run on golf course with 10 year old established turf and 10% on all weather footing for bridge crossings, etc. . CIC2*/CIC1* and all national levels: more difficult than average, on similar tracks to AECs, good for horses and/or riders with some experience at the level. All courses are over rolling hills with beautifully maintained grass turf. Courses will be irrigated and aggravated as needed.
Cross-country course closed.
Cross-country courses open to walk 3pm Wednesday.
Spectator paths have been created around the courses, competitors are encouraged to use these paths while XC is running.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Tryon Resort host a variety of food options and amenities on site with 8 restaurants, retail vendors, and a General Store.

Dogs MUST be leashed at all times. Owners of loose dogs get an automatic yellow card as per rule book.

Golf carts, private ATV's, scooters and bicycles are allowed in authorized areas only and not allowed on cross-country.
Competitors will be given one free parking pass for access to the assigned barn area.
Shuttle buses provided around Tryon Resort free of charge to competitors and spectators.
