Directions:

Farm Address: 1432 Augusta Rd, Thomson, GA 30824. Farm is 2 miles east of Thomson on US 78/278.
From I-20 Eastbound: Exit 172, LEFT on GA 17, go 1/2 mile then go right on NEW 4-lane bypass, go thru 2 lights then take left after RR overpass on US 278 east toward Augusta. Main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.
From I-20 Westbound: Exit 175, left on GA 150, 2 miles to left on NEW 4-lane GA 17 bypass. Go thru 1 light then take left after RR overpass on US 278 east toward Augusta. Main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.

Checks for online entry must be received within 7 days after online entry is made. Only checks and money orders with US routing numbers accepted.  No foreign checks or foreign money orders.

Fees:
Please enter through EventEntries or Xentry and pay by credit card.  If paying by check, must be received within 7 days of online entry. Entries may be mailed. Entry fees must be paid by closing date 11/7, or a $50 late fee will be due.  All riders, owners, and trainers of horses at Prelim  must send a copy of current USEF card received by 10/26, or a $30 nonrefundable show pass fee will be owed at check in.  Strictly enforced.

No Canadian checks or money orders. No Foreign checks with Foreign routing numbers (even if drawn on US banks). Entry will not be accepted, due to an international clearing house fee charged to Pine Top. 

One check per horse - no exceptions!   This allows us to tear up a scratched horse check before closing date with no office fee owed.
Refunds: Before C.D.- Check will be torn up, After C.D.-Half credit until midnight November 19thth.  No re-selling of entry.  After C.D. no refund.
Entry:  P: $215.00;  PT/T/TN/N/BN: $195.00 : (entries post-marked after closing date (11/7), add $50 late fee.) Contact Pine Top for availability after CD.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be
returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Grounds Fee: $55.00 (Non-stabled horses).
Stabling: $125.00 (Covers Friday and Saturday nights only, early arrival pays extra night stabling).
Stall Deposit: stalls with mats MUST be stripped.
Extra night stabling: $20 per night.
Non-compete horses: $150 (Includes $25 surcharge).
Tack stalls:  $125 (Only available after horses have been assigned stalls. 
Camping: $ 35.00/night  (Note on stable form if RV is large and/or requires 50 amps.  Because of certain RV requirements, may not be able to honor, "stable with request").
Extra shavings:  $7.00 per bag (One bag included with entry fee).
Returned check fee: $50.00.
USEF Show Pass (non-member) fee: $30.00 (If a current hard copy USEF card(s) for rider, owner, and or trainer is not submitted with entry for Prelim and above by 10/26.
Change fee: $25.00 per change.
All fees owed at check in must be paid in cash.
ALL fees paid after closing date will owe a $50 late fee.

Scratches & changes must be e-mailed with complete info, including rider, horse & division.  No phone calls.  INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE.  Change of horse or rider requires a new entry faxed or e-mailed. $25 fee for each change. Competitor Information
Awards:

Handmade wooden bowls crafted from trees grown here at Pine Top ( no two are alike) & 8 big pretty ribbons per division.  Will mail ribbons if payment and address is left with show secretary. Will not mail ribbons or prizes without prior payment.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $125/Stall includes Friday and Saturday nights.  Extra nights, $20 per night.  Non-compete horses $150 (includes $25 surcharge). Tack stalls, $125 only if available. 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding provided (1 bag of shavings per stall).  Bedding-shavings only, available for $7 per bag.  Some stalls have mats. No straw bedding.  Stalls must be left clean of ALL hay, manure balls and wet spots.  Matted stalls MUST be stripped.  Further info from sec. Veterinarian: Dr. Kim Keeton 706-612-6018 # will be posted at office. "Stable with" requests for late entries may not be honored.  Certain RV requirements may prevent "stable with request" being honored.  Please let us know on your stable form if your RV is large and or requires 50 amps.
Accommodations:
Ask for Horse Trials Rates! White Columns Inn-5 mi.,1-706-595-8000or www.whitecolumnsinn.com. Camping: Limited hook-ups $35/night, assigned by postmark.  No tent camping or portable paddocks allowed.  Make note on stable form if RV is big and/or needs 50 amps.  RV requirements may prevent, "stable with request", from being honored.
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes:  P/PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A- Sm. T/TN-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.   Arenas: Sand. Warm-up grass.  Warm up area below arenas had been  greatly improved.
Cross-Country:
 P-3100 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2500 m @ 470 mpm. TN/N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm.  Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling pasture with some woods. No clay or stones, track is aerated.  Jumps are substantial and up to height but inviting. All courses: Near maximum distance and efforts with banks, ditches, multiple waters, etc. Cross-country course closed.
Other Information:
Entry limit - when stabling is full.
Close gates to stabling at night.
Cross-country course closed.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  If you want to be in a Junior division, be sure to enter Junior division on entry form.
Excellent concessions by Thomson High School Band Boosters.
Dogs must be leashed, or pay $20 loose dog fee in cash. Strictly enforced.
ANY Fees due at check-in must be paid in CASH, no checks.
Braiding is discouraged and not counted against you.
Competitor must provide pinny holder. Pine Top will provide the paper pinny number. Pinny holder can be purchased for $25. E-mail for availability.
