From Denver or Casper I-25 to I-80 interchange EAST towards Nebraska Exit 370 Archer Parkway. Turn SOUTH on Archer Parkway head south around the round-about to Fairgrounds on your left. Parking/Stabling/Arenas on the left past trees.

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- USEA/USEF fees only - no other refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: the USEA Starter/D&M fees ($21) are not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.  
Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee; these fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. Use the current Horse Trials Entry and Stabling Forms. 
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter competitors are exempt from the USEA drug/med fees and membership fees.
Double entries: accepted. 
Changes: $25 per horse/rider per division after C.D., space permitting all changes must be in writing via email.
Post Entries: Accepted, space permitting, additional $25 fee.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- USEA/USEF fees only - no other refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Other requirements: Out-of-state horses must include a copy of negative Coggins within the last 12 months. Health Certificate required for all out-of-state horses - bring health cert with you. All attachments must be included with entry. Failure to do so could result in denial of the entry. Incomplete entries will be returned.  State birth date on entry.
Management reserves right to combine, split, or cancel classes; cancel or add judges as entries warrant, and refuse any entries.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Stabling:  60 Covered Stalls will be assigned in the order entries are received. 48 uncovered pop panel stalls. Please indicate if you do not want inside stabling. Stall Doors provided. 1 bag of shaving provided.
Veterinarian: On site during competition only, # will be posted in the sec'y office.  Farrier: During competition hours on grounds, otherwise on call.

Test & arena sizes:   T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm.  N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm.  BN/Starter: 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.  Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
Approximate course specifications: T-2300 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm; Starter- 2'3" 1600 m @ 300 mpm. (Distance and speed subject to change). Terrain: Rolling Hills, grass/pasture, berms, water complex, etc.  T/N/BN: Average difficulty for horses with some experience at these levels,. Intro = easy.  Cross-country course closed August 12. Nice Hack to StartBox from Stabling. Bring your PINNY HOLDER. Cross-country course closed August 12.

Concessions on grounds.
Please, no unleashed dogs! Competition management will request a $50.00 donation to the jump fund for any unleashed canid. Additionally, the Fairgrounds staff can and will issue fines for loose dogs. They take this very seriously, and it is an issue with some people every year. Please clean up after dogs and for the love of Pete, keep them contained! 
No unauthorized motor vehicles allowed on the XC course. Water Tanks Available at XC - Bring buckets please don't allow horses to drink straight from the tanks. USEA Medical Armband or Wristband must be worn, limited supply on Grounds. Bring your plastic pinny holders.
