ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee. Incomplete Entry Fee: $15. Any entry sent incomplete may not accepted or assessed the incomplete entry fee. Changes after C.D. $25. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund (FEI &T3D CD=9/27; HT CD=10/18); FEI & T3D after C.D. to Oct. 04-Less $25 office fee; HT after C.D. to Oct. 21-Less $25 office fee. After Oct. 04 and 21 respectively no refund unless spot can be filled from wait list. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.
All changes/scratches must be made by email to [email protected]. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses (state law). All PRELIM and above must send a copy of your USEF card for rider, trainer & owner.
FEI passports required for all foreign owned CCI horses and U.S. CCI3* horses. CCI2*/1* U.S. owned horses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CCI riders and horses must have an FEI registration number.

VIP table includes reserved table for 10 people with catered lunch, wine & beer on Thursday-Sunday 10 am-4:30 pm in tented seating and the Wednesday Welcome Reception & Saturday Competitor's Party @ $1,500 pet table prior to Oct. 23.

New Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is tight, you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Late night arrivals be prepared to move to designated spot the next morning.
