Thurs: CIC In Barns 12-4pm; YEH Championship 8-3 pm. CIC Official Briefing 4:30pm at show office. Cross-country course opens-3 pm. Welcome Reception-6pm.
Fri: All Dressage-8 am ALL; CIC Show Jumping-2 pm.
Sat: Cross-Country CIC/A/I/P/T- 8:30 am; Show Jumping N/BN -9 am. 6 pm CIC Awards and competitor's dinner 6 pm.
Sun: Cross-country -8 am N/BN. Show Jumping-8:30 am T-A.

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system

Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Trailer-in Fee: $75 (non-stabled horses).
Non-competing Horse Fee: $60/horse (facility use fee).

Refunds: Before C.D.: Full Refund; after C.D. to Sept. 26th -Less $25 office fee; after Sept. 26, no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA  Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Entries:
ALL entries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries must be postmarked on or before closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee.  Any entry sent incomplete and not complete by closing date will be assessed the incomplete entry fee. ALL CHANGES/SCRATCHES MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to info@grayareaevents.com.  Changes after C.D. $25 change fee. Incomplete Entries - $15. Refunds: Before C.D.: Full Refund; after C.D. to Sept. 26th -Less $25 office fee; after Sept. 26, no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. All entry fees include a $25 nonrefundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 nonmember fee. ALL Preliminary and above must include copy of USEF Card for Rider, Owner and Trainer.

ALL CIC COMPETITORS: FEI Passports required for all foreign owned horses and U.S. CIC3* horses. All CIC2*& 1* U.S. owned horses must have a USEF national passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CIC Riders & Horses must have a FEI registration number. A copy of rider's medical armband MUST accompany their entry form.
All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a $5 close out fee. 
Competitor Information
Awards:

CIC3*=$4,500, Winning CIC3* rider awarded Founder's Cup Trophy, Fric Frac Berence Heart Award given to best CIC3* XC performance as evaluated by panel - $500; CIC2*=$3,000; CIC1*=$3,000. Trophy and 10 ribbons per CIC divisions. Trophy and 7 ribbons per HT division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
$155/stall from 12 pm Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 500 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. $75 - Trailer In Fee for the weekend. If horse park member please mail a copy of your membership card with your entry. $60 non-competing horse fee for the weekend in addition to stabling. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Shavings $10/bag, please pre-order with Entry or email to info@grayareaevents.com . Veterinarian: TBD. # will be posted at show office.

New Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is extremely tight, you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Late night arrivals be prepared to move to designated spot the next morning.

Cross-Country:
CIC3*-3800m @ 570 mpm, 36 efforts. CIC2*-3200m @ 550 mpm, 32 efforts. CIC1*-2800m @ 520 mpm, 28 efforts. A-3600m @570 mpm. I-3100m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2100 m @ 470 mpm. All other T-2100 m @ 450 mpm. ON-1800 m @ 400 mpm. All other N-1800 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses/riders with some experience at these levels, more terrain than most CA courses. Cross-country courses closed September 19 at sundown.

Dogs must be leashed a $25 fine will be assessed for any dogs not on a leashed.
Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/person.
Parties: Thursday Evening Welcome Party 5:30 pm, Friday Show Jumping Afternoon 2:00 pm & Saturday Award's & Competitor Dinner 6 pm;
CIC competitors have three day party ticket included with entry.
Patron's Weekend Table Passes: Reserved table of ten for all three functions; Thursday Evening Welcome Party, Friday Afternoon, and Saturday Cross-Country Patron Tent overlooking new water, Saturday Award's & Competitor Dinner - $1200.
Individual Patron's Weekend Pass - $150 (non-competitors).
Individual Party Ticket - $60 per function; (non-competitors).
Individual Cross-Country Patron Tent - $60, (non-competitors) includes VIP Parking.
