From I-70 in MD: exit # 54 onto MD-355 South/ URBANA PIKE. Turn right onto Park Mills Road. Event is 6.4 miles on right.

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them. 
PAYMENT:
 All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid after October 1 must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries!
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $30 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting, $50 change fee. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $50 fee for returned checks.  Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. 
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.

Eight ribbons per division, prizes for 1st, 2nd + 3rd place. Stabling/Veterinarian:
54 permanent stalls on site with stall doors in addition there will be 50 temporary stalls in the adjoining indoor enclosure, if warranted. $75.00 per night includes one bale of straw. STRAW BEDDING ONLY! Include SEPARATE $50 check muck deposit. If Stabling and Muck fees are combined into one check, the Muck fee will not be refunded. Competitors wishing to stay for the week, call 301-514-0111. Bedding/Hay available for purchase ONLY if preordered on stabling form. Limited # of electric hook-ups around stabling, $40/night. 
Veterinarian: Drs. Chad + Stephanie Davis, 540-998-0627. Farrier will also be on grounds.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A -Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N- 2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN- 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Dressage Arenas and warm ups have all-weather footing.

Cross-Country:
I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. T-2500 m @ 420 mpm. N-2100 m 350 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 325 mpm. Courses are on well established, rolling pasture. All tracks/take offs and landings will be well conditioned will be aggravated. New areas of ground have been opened up to help add flow and length, confidence building with good flow. I Moderate track over rolling terrain, with bold gallop fences, terrain and accuracy questions. Good for confident horse/rider combinations.  P has terrain and accuracy questions, bold gallop fences. T has terrain questions that focus on the development of better balance and accuracy. N/BN Good educational and inviting tracks. New tracks and features all levels. Cross-country competition course open for schooling October 16-29, other dates TBA, weather permitting.

Party each event day for volunteers and competitors. Concessions available on grounds.
All dogs must be leashed per USEF rule GR 301.6, failure to comply could result in elimination and $100 fine.
No motorized vehicles on course. Water on grounds, but it is advised to bring your own.
