Fri: Cross-Country Course open for walking 3:00 pm dependent on TD approval. Office opens at 9AM. Stadium/Dressage practice rounds will be available starting at noon.  More details below.
Sat:  Dressage 8:00 a.m; Show Jumping 11:30 a.m. Cross-country 11:45.

Entry from August 15 (open date) to postmarked August 30:  P: $240; T/N/BN/Intro/Starter: $225.
Entry from postmarked August 31 to postmarked September 12 (close date): P: $265; T/N/BN/Intro/Starter: $250.
Entry from postmarked September 13 - September 20: P: $280; T/N/BN/Intro/Starter: $265.
Stabling:  $115/stall.
Grounds fee: $100 (non-competition horses, includes XC schooling after competition).
Trailer-in Fee: $30 (non-stabled horses) for competition.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count; all team members at same level; $20 per team.
Entries:
We do not accept double entries. All riders/horses must be USEA registered except for Intro rider/horse.  Refunds: Before C.D. - Full refund; after C.D. to September 21: less $50 office fee. After September 21 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required within 6 months 
for out-of-state horses.
PRELIMINARY must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.

This event uses paper pinney numbers; rider must provide their own vinyl bib. These pinney holders are available from several online vendors or you may purchase your vinyl bib at the event for $20.
Competitor Information
Awards:
Prizes for 1st - 3rd, and ribbons to 7th.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$115/stall. We are offering both permanent and temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes cross-country schooling after the competition. Bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Shavings - $9/bag.
Veterinarian: TBD. Phone number will be posted at show office in stabling area.

P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-1800 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm. Intro-1300 m @ 300 mpm max height 2'3". Cross-country course closed September 25 at sundown.
Other Information:
We have listened to your suggestions and are proud to introduce improvements to the show grounds and show structure to facilitate a fun and positive experience for our competitors.
Food on grounds.
Schooling rounds (dressage/stadium) will be available Fri noon-5pm (subject to change based on interest).  Each round $25. Early sign ups through Event Secretary at [email protected].  More details will follow by email and our Facebook page Woodland Stallion Station Horse Trials.
