ENTRY: T/N/BN/Starter: $200.00.
STABLING: $135- Friday- Sunday. Shavings are $9 per bag, MUST BE PREORDERED.
STALL DEPOSIT: $25 (separate check) will not be cashed if stall is stripped
TACK STALL: $100.00.
ADDITIONAL NIGHTS: $35.00.
GROUNDS FEE: $60/ weekend, non-stabled horses, including horses boarded on the property.
RV HOOK UPS: $50/ night. Advance Reservations required, limited hook-ups
NSF: 50.00.
GOLF CARTS: Available for the weekend, please contact Golf Cart World, 985.892.2322 for rental inquiries.

REFUNDS: Before the closing date- less $25 office fee; after closing date- Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from waitlist. Competition Cancellation- No refund.
USEA Starter and D & M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M Fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry fees per divisioninclude a $25 non-refundable office fee.  USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Starter competitors who are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and the Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Changes after closing date $30. Entries after closing date $50 late fees. RIDERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN CROSS COUNTRY NUMBER HOLDER. Register and Pay online at EventEntries.com. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry. Any changes after closing day , $30 office fee.  Pre Order Shavings, $9 a bag delivered to stall. Submitted Entries not paid by closing date will not be included in the ride times.

Awards:
1st through 6th.
THOROUGHBRED INCENTIVE PROGRAM Awards. Please submit TIP number with entry for inclusion.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
100 stalls on site. $135 a stall Noon Friday to Noon Sunday. All stalls have doors and chains. Veterinarian: TBD # will be posted in program, in barns and at Secy's office. Tack Stall $100 for weekend. Preorder shavings at $9 a bag. YOU MUST ORDER ALL SHAVINGS IN ADVANCE!

Dressage:
All Test Performed in a Small Arena: T- 2014 USEF Training Test B. N- 2014 USEF Novice Test B. BN- 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B.
Starter- 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B. Arena: Sand with clay base.
Cross-Country:
T- 2000 m @ 425mpm. N- 1955m @ 350 mpm. BN- 1500m @ 325 mpm. Starter- 1200m @250mpm.  Terrain: Woods (T/N), and open fields with rolling, flat terrain.  Training- Straightforward and inviting introduction to the level. Novice- Introduces some technical questions in an encouraging way, good introduction to the level. Beginner Novice - Inviting and straightforward introduction to the level. Starter - Inviting introduction to the level, good for those just beginning in the sport. Cross Country Course closed on SEPTEMBER 14.

Rider limit 2 horses/ level. Levels may be divided/ combined if entries warrant.

DOGS MUST BE LEASHED and we prefer they be left at home if at all possible. $50 Fine for loose dogs, even dogs running loose with a leash.
Food and Drinks provided by Y'ALLS PLACE CATERING, Sat and Sun.
