Post entries accepted after the closing date through Sept. 26 at the discretion of the organizer and will include a $50 late fee.
There is a $25 nonrefundable office fee per entry included in the above fees.

Refund policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing, or email prior to closing date less $25 office fee. Refunds will be given after closing date, less $30 office fee if the ride times can be filled from the waiting list. Refunds for stabling will be given regardless less $25 per day/night. Refunds due to injury of horse or rider: Rider/Owner MUST notify the secretary in writing or email prior to the competition and MUST provide doctor/veterinary note specifically indicating rider/horse are not physically able to compete at the Oct. 1 competition. No refunds will be given after closing date or "acts of God" which require the management to cancel divisions or day of competition. Entry Refunds will be as follows: BN $85, N $95, T $110, $120, CT $50. Stabling $15 day/night. Horses from out of state must have current Health Certificate. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:

Competitor Information
Awards:
Trophy and 8 ribbons per division.
ESDCTA Championship divisions -mounted awards following show jumping rounds for division. Trophy and 8 Ribbons in each Division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
275 permanent stalls on grounds; $60 per night; Day Stalls available $45/ea. Stall doors provided. Bedding available for purchase. NO STRAW ALLOWED.  Additional info from secretary.   Veterinarian:  Vet will be on call during off hours; # posted at secretary stand; On grounds during event. Farrier on grounds during event.

Quality Inn: 609-448-7399.  Peacefields INN B&B: 609-259-3774. Camper Hookups: $55 /day MUST CHECK IN/OUT WITH Secretary.
Dressage:

Arenas: Small rings will be used. Dressage rings are all weather footing composed of sand & screenings. A(CT)-2015 FEI Three-Star Test B-Std.  I(CT)-2015 FEI Two- Star Test B-Std.  P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A. T-2014 USEF Training Test B. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B.  

Cross-Country:
BN-1700m @ 325 mpm. N-2000m @ 350 mpm. T-2500m @470 mpm. P-3600m @ 520mpm Terrain: Rolling, great footing; Water complex for all levels! BN,N,T Average difficulty for horses with some experience at these levels.
