ALL entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries: Not accepted. XC Pinney Holder Insert required, for sale onsite for $20 each. REFUNDS: Before C.D.- Entry & Stabling fees less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D. for entries only pending final qualification, if qualification is not earned by 8/21, Entry & Stabling refunded less $50 office fee or if Entry or Stabling can be filled by a wait list. No Refunds after 8/15, unless Entry or Stabling can be filled by a wait list, Entry or Stabling refunded less $50 office fee. Competition Cancellation-no refund.
Health Document Requirements:
1) Neg. Coggins within 12 months
2) Proof of Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus 1 & 4 within 6 months, not with 7 days of arrival, and
3) Health Certificate within 10 days required for all horses stating that horse has not shown symptoms of or been treated for EHV-1/4 within the past 28 days and not been at a facility under quarantine for EHV-1/4 or exposed to any horses showing symptoms of EHV-1/4 within the past 28 days.
Documents will be checked at the gate upon arrival before entrance to the property.
Please be advised, we may have to ballot entries after 800 confirmed entries are received.
All divisions: 1st-12th place ribbons, Prizes for each division. Prize Money for each level: A-$40,000; I-$15,000; P-$10,000; T-$10,000; N-$10,000; BN-$10,000. Prize Money for Adult Team Championship: $2,000/level P,T,N,BN.
$250/stall; noon Monday 8/28- noon Monday 9/4, stabling includes one initial bag of shavings. $30/day for additional stabling. Early stabling must be requested by email to [email protected]. Every barn has a tack room available for competitors to rent. Grooming stalls may be available if space allows. Please note, all trailer parking is not near stabling. Competing horses not stabled on grounds have a $100/horse grounds fee.
SHAVINGS: $9/bag shavings; $9.50/bale Straw. Please order in advance with Entry or to [email protected] before week of the show.
