From North (Martinsburg, WV): I-81 South to Rt. 7 East towards Berryville. Left onto Kimble Rd.  Show grounds on left.
From North (Charlestown, WV): Rt. 340 South to Rt. 7 West to Kimble rd. Right onto Kimble Rd.  Show grounds on left. 
From South (Strasburg, VA): I-81 North to Rt. 7 East towards Berryville. Left onto Kimble Rd.  Show grounds on left.

Entry: Per division: P: $250; T: $200.00; N: $200.00; BN: $175.00. Eventing Tests: Intro: $115.00.
Stabling: $75.00 - offsite for the weekend - 5 min. from event.

Refunds: Before C.D. - Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. - No refund; Competition cancellation-No refund.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.  
Refunds: Before C.D. - Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. - No refund; Competition cancellation-No refund.

Any late changes will be scheduled first in the order of go.
All scratches must be sent via email to secy – make sure to get a return receipt.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months of competition date for all horses (coggins test that expire prior to competition date will not be accepted).
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro.  Intro riders are waived USEA membership.  At Intro USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.  

ENTER EARLY AND COMPLETE------ AVOID LATE FEES
Complete entry consists of - Entry page, Signed signature/waiver page, Coggins (valid through competition date), and Payment.

Entries are not considered complete until payment is received.
Entries will carry postmark of payment.

Any changes before closing date incur $25 change fee.
Any changes after CLOSING incur a $50 fee per change.
Any entry not complete by closing date incur $50 fee.
Entries if accepted after closing date incur $75 fee and only accepted with credit card payment.  Any paperwork not received from late entries by Monday, September 4 at 5pm will incur $50 late fee.

NOTE TO COMPETITORS:
Secretary, organizer and organization are not responsible for the USPS.  Competitors are responsible for ensuring their entries, information and payments are 
received on time.
Competitor Information
Awards:

All divisions ribbons through 8th.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Local stabling within 5 minutes (3 miles) of the event site.  Stabling is from Saturday Noon till Sunday 5 PM, cost is $80 and includes 2 bags of shavings, contact show secretary for more information. Permanent stalls w/stall doors, approx. 10x10.  
Stabling refund: in full until closing date prior to event.  After closing date -  refund of $40.  
Veterinarian: Clarke Equine # will be posted at secy´s office and stabling area  
Accommodations:
Many accommodations available in Winchester VA.  CDCTA members receive a 15% discount at the Aikens Group Family of Hotels-
The Hampton Inn of Winchester (11 miles ), 1-540-678-4000. The Hilton Garden of Winchester (10.5 miles), 1-540-722-8881.
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes:  P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B- Sm. Intro-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.   Arenas: Grass. 
Cross-Country:
All P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2600 m @ 450 mpm. All N-2200 m @ 375 mpm. All BN-2000 m @ 325 mpm. Test Intro[email protected] Jumps will be 18"-2'3". All courses: Some maximum height fences, water, ditches and banks possible.  Forward, galloping track for all levels.   Cross-country Course ALWAYS closed except for designated schooling day after event.
Other Information:

Entry limit 160.

Make sure to bring ample water to care for your horses.  Water not available on site.

Cross-country course ALWAYS closed except for scheduled schooling day after event.  The schooling day will be scheduled for the Saturday following the event with the possibility of rescheduling due to weather.  Please contact the secretary for more information or check on www.cdcta.com or CDCTA Facebook Page for additional information.  

Food on grounds.

Dogs must be LEASHED AT ALL TIMES by USEF rule during competition and by owner request ANY other time.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  
 

NOTE:  CDCTA NOW REQUIRES RIDER PAPER PINNY HOLDERS FOR CROSS COUNTRY.
SECRETARY WILL HAVE SMALL NUMBER OF PLASTIC PINNY HOLDERS FOR SALE PAPER NUMBERS WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR CROSS COUNTRY.
