Fees:
Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Entry: CIC2/1*: $375; A: $300; I/P: $280; T/N/BN: $250; Intro: $230.
Stabling: $140. 
Shavings: $10/bag.
Trailer-in Fee: $ 75(non-stabled horses). 
Non-Compete Horses: $140/stabling; $100/grounds fee.   

Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund; After C.D. until Aug. 29th-Less $25 office fee. After Aug. 29th no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund less $25 will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
We encourage EARLY entries by offering better refund policy. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $50. Changes to Entry: After closing date-$25, prior to closing date-no fee. Incomplete entries-$15. Bounced Check Fee: $25. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA Starter Fees and USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived. Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund; After C.D. until Aug. 29th-Less $25 office fee. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses.
Complete Entries: Only complete entries will be accepted.  A complete entry is one that is received with complete payment on or before closing date with full payment, this also applies to Xentry.
ALL CIC COMPETITORS: FEI Passports required for all foreign owned horse. All CIC2*& 1* U.S. owned horses must have a USEF national passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CIC Riders & Horses must have a FEI registration number.
All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a $5 close out fee.

Awards:
Prize Money:  CIC2: $1,500. CIC1: $900; Ribbons to 10th place.  Horse Trials: Ribbons to 8th place – prizes to 3rd.   
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$140/stall from Thursday to Sunday. Shavings $10/ bag. First bag provided free. Bring stall guards. Stabling for non-competing horses is allowed . Please check for availability, Cost: $100 grounds fee, $140 stabling fee due with request.
Veterinarian: On grounds. # will be posted at event office.

Cross-Country:
CIC2*: 3300 @ 570 mpm. CIC1*: 2900m @ 520 mpm. A - 3300 m. @ 570 mpm. I- 3200 m. @ 550 mpm.  P-2900 m @ 520 mpm. T?2200 m @ 450 mpm. N?1800 m @ 400 mpm. BN- 1770 m @350 mpm.  Intro-1100m @ 300 mpm; options at the water, one small up bank and ditch. Horse Trials courses: Average.  Slight rolling terrain, 40 acre xc course.  Horse Trials xc more difficult than the June show, still average.  2 water obstacles, ditches and banks possible at all levels.    Cross?country course closed August 22.

Dogs allowed-must be on leash. Caution--we have severe problem with coyotes and several dogs have disappeared.
Party: Saturday night, live band!  One ticket per competitor, tickets available for purchase in the show office, $20/ticket.
