Entry from July 19 (open date) to postmarked August 2:  T/N/BN/Intro/Starter: $225.
Entry from postmarked August 3 to postmarked August 16 (close date): T/N/BN/Intro/Starter: $250.
Entry from postmarked August 16 to postmarked August 22 T/N/BN/Intro/Starter: $265.
Stabling:  $115/stall.
Grounds fee: $100 (non-competition horses, includes XC schooling).
Trailer-in Fee: $60 (non-stabled horses) for competition.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count; all team members at same level; $20 per team.

Entries:
We do not accept double entries. No USEA membership or starter fees required for Intro riders.  Refunds: Before C.D. - Full refund; after C.D. to August 22: less $50 office fee. After August 22 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required within 6 months
 for out-of-state horses.
BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 non-member fee. PRELIMINARY must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.

This event uses paper pinney numbers; rider must provide their own vinyl bib. These pinney holders are available from several online vendors or you may purchase your vinyl bib at the event for $20.
Competitor Information
Awards:
Prizes for 1st - 3rd, and ribbons to 7th.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$115/stall. We are offering both permanent (if available) and temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition. This fee is in addition to the stall fee, and includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after the competition. Extra bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Shavings - $9/bag.
Veterinarian: TBD. Phone number will be posted at show office in stabling area.

T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Intro-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-1800 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm/max. height 2'6"-2'7". Intro-1300 m @ 300 mpm max height 2'3". Cross-country course closed August 27 at sundown.
Other Information:
We have listened to your suggestions and are proud to introduce improvements to the show grounds and show structure to facilitate a fun and positive experience for our competitors. Food on grounds.
Schooling rounds (dressage/stadium) will be available Fri from noon-5pm (subject to change based on interest). Each round will be $25. Sign up early through the event secretary at ridewss@gmail.com More details will follow by Facebook and email.
