From East or West: I-90 to Exit 16, Fairview ( south/left) on SR 98 for 5 miles to blinking light. Left (east) on Old State Road for 1.2 miles to the corner of Old State & Eureka Road. Left on Eureka to Stabling.
From South: I-79 Exit 166 Edinboro, (west/left) on SR 6N to traffic light. Right (north) on SR 98 to blinking light. Right (east) on to Old State Rd. etc. (see above).

Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm.
Sat: Dressage (BN, N, T,TN, P,PT), BN is first-approx. 8 am; Show Jumping for BN/N-approx.11:00 am, followed by Cross-country( BN/N).
Sun: Cross-country for P/T/PT-approx. 8:30 am, followed by Show Jumping (P/PT/T/TN). Starter Test (totally on Sunday) beginning approx. 8:00 am with Dressage followed by Show Jumping and then Cross-country (following P/PT/T/TN). Should Entries warrant, entire Competition may be held on Saturday

Entry fees: Online entries with bluehorseentries.com accepted and preferred. To submit entries online, entries must be paid in full by Credit Card. When entering online it is not necessary to send anything to the Secretary. Any remaining paper work (Coggins) can be sent as email attachment to Secretary.If submitting a paper entry, it MUST be mailed ( and be received by the Secretary)with all appropriate paperwork and fees in order for your entry to be processed. Double entries: Not accepted. All BN competitors must now be USEA members. Starter Test entrants are exempt from starter/d&m fees and USEA membership/non-membership requirements. $20=Lost pinny fee if using EHSC pinny. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund unless place filled from wait list then entry-Less $25 returned. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Any refund checks will be issued to the rider or if done electronically credited to Credit Card used. $25 fee for each change to entry after closing date. Post Entries accepted after closing date until 9 pm 8/09 with $25 fee . Withdrawals by email only, to sec´y by 9 pm on C.D. for refund less office fee. Competition cancellation=50% entry and 50% stabling & fees returned. Neg.Coggins required within 12 months/out-of-state. Not required for horses in PA. Any new entries after C.D. must be made electronically with Blue Horse Entries.You may still use Blue Horse Entries after CD if paying online. Starter Test Div. to be run totally on Sun. Prelim. entries should include valid USEF #.
8 ribbons per division. Trophy for 1st place & Prize money for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (IP/P/T/N/BN/Starter Test) based on number of riders per Division awarded with ribbons. The Jack Ray, Sr. Award for P & The Tom Parker Young Rider for P/PT/T. Separate dressage ribbons given - 8 per division. BN/N awards following 30 min. inquiry period for each division after XC. Starter Test awards following 30 min. inquiry period after XC. T.I.P Awards: T.I.P. is offering ribbons, prizes, & prize money to the top placing (and Reserve)Thoroughbred at each level ( Starter Div. is included). Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. Numbers to the Event Secretary with entry. For more information visit www.tictip.com. Prize money will be provided to the host horse show for distribution.
Limited on grounds stabling. $55/stall/night. 110 permanent stalls with doors, 12 temp. stalls at Ferghana Farm (across street from EHSC - site of XC). Additional off grounds stabling available 7 miles away. Stabling assigned in order as entries are received. No initial bedding provided. Extended stabling before and after HT available at no charge. Feed/hay/bedding (shavings) available for purchase. Further info. from Organizers/Secretary. Veterinarian & Farrier: #´s will be posted at Secretary's office.

Test & arena sizes: P/PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T/TN-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N/NBN-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter Test-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand. Warm-Up: Includes new sand area for both Dressage and Stadium Jumping.
P-approx. 3000 m @ 520 mpm.T/PT-approx. 2500 m @ 450 mpm. N/TN-approx. 2200 m @ 375 mpm. NBN/BN-approx. 2000 m @ 325 mpm/ max. height 2'9". Starter Test-approx. 1400 m @ 300 mpm (time only used to break ties)/ max height 2'3". Approx. jumping efforts: Starter Test=10, BN=14, N=16, T=20, P=26. , N/BN/Starter test cross country is of easy to medium difficulty offering a variety of questions. T/P cross country is of medium difficulty offering a wide variety of questions. All courses set on reasonably gently rolling terrain with some wooded sections. Water jumps flagged and numbered for P//T/N; may be optional for BN/Starter Test. All courses will be "aggrivated" as needed to improve footing. Cross-country course closed July 16th.
Entry limit 130. Riders limit 2 horses/level, or 3 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences (1st,2nd,3rd) under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Starter Test riders or horses may not have competed above N. The same horse may be ridden twice by different riders in the Starter Test. All riders (all Divisions) please fill in experience section of entry form in order to place you in the appropriate Division. Entry confirmation at Start Box and www.eriehuntandsaddleclub.org. Competitors are responsible for checking website for all info. including entry status, stabling, missing information and other updates.
All entrants ( except Starter Test who may or may not provide their own) must provide their own Number Holder..
Food on grounds starting Sat.: INCLUDING FULL BREAKFAST-6:30 am Sat/Sun! Dogs must be leashed. No grounds, camping or pinny fees. If wishing to volunteer, contact Jeanelen Kuhl. [email protected] If only paying for Friday night stabling, you may have to vacate stall by 3 pm Saturday. Saturday following XC is the Pig and Corn Roast Competitor´s Party - FREE to all Competitors and Volunteers. Extra tickets available from Secretary for $10.00.
