Wanted to let everyone know that we will work with the schedule so that no one is riding in the middle of the heat. Which means we will start earlier in the morning and then come back later in the afternoon.... Dependent on the temperature for the weekend. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Dependent on entries is when we will start in the mornings.. and then recommence in the afternoon... We want to work with the schedule with respect to the temperature....
Friday - August 25th: Course opens at 3:00 pm.
Saturday - August 26th: Dressage: Prelim - Intro 7:00 am ; Show Jumping - All Divisions 9:00 am.
Sunday August 27th: Cross Country - All Divisions– 7:00 am.

No faxed entries accepted. All entries must be complete & received BY C.D. to be considered timely. Any entries postmarked before opening day will be returned unopened. BN competitors MUST BE a member of the USEA. Starter and Intro entrants are exempt from the starter/d&m fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees. Double entries: Not accepted.
Post entries: Accepted if entries are under-subscribed. Entry must be complete and received by sec’y with additional $50 handling fee, conditional to organizer’s approval.
Change fee: After CD, subject to $50 handling fee; conditional to organizer’s approval. A $75 charge for bounced checks will be assessed.
Refunds: Before C.D.- FULL REFUND. After C.D.- Less $50 office fee ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling-No refund unless stall filled by a wait listed horse. No phone withdrawals accepted; faxes or emails please. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-Pro-rated after expenses. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Copy must accompany entry.

$150/Stall weekend - Thursday noon to Sunday at 5:00 pm. Early arrivals and longer stays available at $40/night; contact organizer. Ground fees for horse trials entries not stabling=$60. Test & Arena sizes: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A - Small. T-2014 USEF Training Test B - Small. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B - Small. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B- Small. Starter- USDF Intro Test C - Small Intro - Intro Test B - Small.
P-2510m @ 520 mpm - solid course up to standard with a variety of technical questions including corners, coffins, banks and narrows while utilizing the terrain, T?2400m @ 450 mpm. A solid introduction to some slightly more technical questions including drop steps, coffin, and corner- while utilizing the terrain. N-2100m @ 400 mpm. Most fences at max. height with some combinations to be asked which includes Banks, and a trakennar. BN-1600m@ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2’7”. Mostly max height with two combinations with water and ditch. Starter – 1200m @325 mpm/max height 2’4. Has been revamped to the height of 2'4" with some new fence profiles to be seen: logs, tables, vertical and coops - it will also include a water option. Intro - 1200m @ 300 mpm/max height 1'6". There will be approximately 12 jumps that will be all logs or rails and will be no more than 1'6". Cross?country course closed Monday, August 21st.

Food on grounds. Show grounds are stressful for many dogs & their presence is discouraged; if present, must be leashed. THIS WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORCED.. Please field strip your cigarettes & pocket filters. Use of 2- or 3-wheeled vehicles, golf carts, etc. is restricted to people over 18 years old. Volunteers are welcome, please contact Sandy Thompson @ 405-409-2654. Golf Carts available for rental... must have rental paperwork and payment in to the organizer by August 19th.
