Sat: Dressage-8 am. Show Jumping 10:00am.
Appetizers and Silent/dessert Auction- 6:30 pm.
Sun: Cross Country-8:00 am.

Entry: HT: P: Early Bird- $210.00, After 7/19- $260.00; T/N/BN: Early Bird $185.00 After 7/19- $235.00; Intro: Early Bird $130.00 After 7/19 $160.00.
Stabling: $125.00; Addit´l nights: $30.00; Haul-in: $30.00.
Dressage schooling tests (FRIDAY) $20, Stadium Schooling rounds (FRIDAY) $15; YEH $80 (early bird), $105 after 7/19 plus $15 haul-in - unless entered in the event as well. FEH $50 (early bird),  $75 after 7/19 plus $15 haul-in fee unless stabling through the event. Both YEH and FEH entries will pay a USEA $10 starter fee with entry.  
Teams: $5.00
Intro riders are waived the USEA membership and non-membership fee and the USEA Starter/D&M Fee does not apply. 
Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. NSF CK fee $25 Refunds: Before C.D. Less $25 office fee; after closing date: Only if place can be filled from waiting list.  Vet or doctors note required. $25 fee for changes after C.D. $25 fee for entries postmarked after C.D., if accepted. Competition cancellation-Split after expenses. 
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Out-of-state horses must have current negative Coggins within 12 months (except Oregon). Please include copy with entry.

Awards:

Prizes through 6th, 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. First come, first serve - $125. Stalls will be assigned in order received. Temp stalls on grounds. Bring stall guards. Early arrivals/late departures must be set- up with organizer prior to arrival- extra nights $30 per stall. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Haul-in fee, $30 per horse. Veterinarian: Names & number will be posted at office.

Dressage:
HT: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm.  T-2014 USEF Training Test -A Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test -A Sm. Intro-2014 Beginner Novice test A-Sm  Arenas/warm-up: On grass.
Cross-Country:
P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 370 mpm. BN-1700 m @ 350 mpm/max 2´7", 12-15 fences. Intro- 2'3", 10-12 fences, some terrian.  All courses: Very Inviting course for horses and riders moving up a level.  Open, galloping with all the elements at each level but designed to introduce horses and riders to new levels.  BUT the fences will be height for each level.  Lots of changes planned for all levels.
Cross-country course closed July 15th.
Other Information:

Remember we are running a 2-day format this year!
Dressage schooling offered on Friday!  $20 a test, all event tests offered, through Preliminary.  Please note on entry which tests you would like to ride.  Perfect way to get those young horses and riders in the ring for more exposure! Stadium schooling rounds offered as well, starting at 12pm, $15 per round. Young Event horse and FEH yearling, 2-yo and 3yo competition offered on Friday as well.

Cross-country course closed July 15th. Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. All complete on time entries will be entered into a drawing to be held on Saturday night for a free entry for the 2018 Horse Trials. Team competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level, $5/team member.  Saturday night Party: Appetizers and music, Young Rider Benefit auction during free appetizers, sponsored by the Young Rider program. Plan to attend for a very fun evening including a dessert auction!!! All proceeds for benefit of Area VII Young Rider program.
