From South: 95N to exit 100, N to Rte 1, N to Rte 82 exit. Left at ramp approx. 4 miles to round-a-bout (traffic circle) stay on Rt.#82 through Unionville. Go past Plantation Field show grounds, past Newark Rd. stop sign and then it is about 1/2 mile to Apple Grove Rd. on right. Take Apple Grove Rd. back about 1 mile to 450 Apple Grove Rd. entrance. Narrow road...please be considerate of the neighbors' lawns.

Preferred method of entry for us is through evententries.com. Please make sure your Event Entries rider, horse, owner, and trainer profiles are up up-to-date before entering. USEA membership and horse registration required at all levels. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Fee waived and change fee waived on all entries with postmark of April 25th - May 1st. All entries must be typed and all coggins must be readable. All entries must have a LEGIBLE email address. ALL COMMUNICATIONS will be done by email. Double entries: not accepted. Refunds: All entries received within 5 days of opening day, no charges for cancellation or changes if made by closing date. All others, before closing: less $25 non-refundable office fee, notify secretary, by written confirmation only with fax, email or letter ONLY. After closing: Entry/Stable-No refund. Competition cancellation-no refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
$25 CHANGE FEE. No changes to entry after Sunday, June 4th. $20 per item CHARGE WILL BE ATTACHED TO ALL ENTRIES WITH MISSING SIGNATURE PAGE, OUTDATED COGGINS, OR OTHER INCOMPLETE INFORMATION IF NOT RECEIVED BY SUNDAY, JUNE 4th. Negative Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Failure to notify secretary of intent NOT to compete will incur $25 fee. This applies also to no-shows. All entries must have a VALID email address. Please specify YR or JR if applicable. All changes, refunds, etc. must be written either by email or fax.
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. This event counts for points toward the PFEE Thoroughbred series award. Riders must declare eligibility when entering the event.

Riders may be limited on total rides. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and put birth date on entry. If no preference is marked, entry will be placed into Open division.
BN, N, and T are eligible for the Plantation Field Thoroughbred $5000 Series. Must declare eligibility on entry blank.
Food available on grounds.
LEASH DOGS! Per USEF rule GR 1301.6, owners of loose dogs will be issued a yellow warning card. Additionally, all loose dogs in parking area $50 FINE! NO dogs on course! All LOOSE dogs on course $100 FINE! All fees & fines payable to Plantation Field Course Building Fund.
NO 2-wheeled Mini-bikes; 4-wheelers and golf carts OK.
