From I-.94 (WI): Exit Hwy C west to Route 83, north for 1/3 mile to SA west for 2.5 miles to T intersection. Left on AH for 0.5 miles to farm.
From Richmond, IL: Rt. 173 east to Wilmot Rd north to town of Wilmot. At second stop sign (County Rd  C) turn right (east) to County Rd B LEFT (north) 2 mi. to AH right, 0.5 mile to farm.

Fri: Stabling open - noon Cross-country course open-3 pm.
Sat: Dressage-7:30 am; Cross-country-11:30 am; Competitors and Volunteers´ party-4:30 pm.
Sun: Show Jumping-8 am. *Depending on the number of entries, Show Jumping could be held on Saturday.

Entry: T,N,BN: $305.00; Starter: $295.00  (includes stabling); Entries postmarked or electronically entered after closing date: add $20.  Post (Late) entries accepted if scheduling allows.
Tack stall: $85.00. 

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Written/email cancellation must be received by 7 pm on C.D. After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund or substitutions for other shows. Upon entering competition, Payor accepts refund policy. Competition cancellation- No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
Entry fee includes stabling and a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Starter. Starter: Starter competitors are exempt from USEA Starter, Drug Fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members.  $30 fee for any changes of horse/rider or level on entry when such requests can be accommodated.  Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Neg. Coggins required for all horses dated within 12 months of competition date with entry. $50 returned check fee. Pinny holder required.
Competitor Information
Awards:

Trophy & 6 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Noon Friday to 9 pm Sunday. $30 for additional nights. Perm 10x10 stalls in stabling complex. Tack stalls=$85. Temp stalls will be used ONLY if necessary. Stall doors provided. Stalls must be left in clean condition. Initial bedding NOT provided. Shavings available @ $9/bag cash or check unless preordered on entry - orders must be made by 2 pm for same day delivery. For Groups: use ONE name for everyone in group. No guarantee of matches with multiple names! Competitors are responsible for stall damage. Veterinarian: Bristol Vet Service, (262) 859-2560. # will be posted at sec´y´s office.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Starter- 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A Arenas: Sand.

Cross-Country:
T- 2400m @420 mpm. N- 2000 m @ 350mpm BN- 1700 m @ 350 mpm Starter- 970 m @ 300mpm.  T/N: average difficulty for horses with some experience.  Banks, combinations, water and ditches. BN: Inviting course with average difficulty for horses at this level. Could have water pass through. Starter- Good course for introducing horses to eventing. Can be trotted. Max fence height 2'- 2'3". Cross-country course closed July 15. No schooling after July 14th if you are entered in competition!

Entry limit 150. Rider limit 2 horses/level; 3 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food available on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed.
All parking must be in parking field. Failure to comply will result in fines!
