From I.-8: Take 67 North, follow above directions. Please use 2nd gate during all events. Thanks.

Trailer-in Fee: $ 75 (non-stabled horses).
Non-Compete Horses: $135/stabling; $100/grounds fees. 


Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system

or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.


Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund; After C.D. until May 30-Less $25 office fee. After May 30 no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund less $25 will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
We encourage EARLY entries by offering better refund policy. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $50. Changes to Entry: After closing date-$25, prior to closing date-no fee. Incomplete entries-$15. Bounced Check Fee: $25. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses.
Complete Entries: Only complete entries will be accepted.  A complete entry is one that is received with complete payment on or before closing date with full payment, this also applies to Xentry.
ALL CIC COMPETITORS: FEI Passports required for all foreign owned horses and U.S. CIC3* horses. All CIC2*& 1* U.S. owned horses must have a USEF national passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CIC Riders & Horses must have a FEI registration number.
All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a $5 close out fee.


Competitor Information
Awards:
CIC3: $2,100.  CIC2: $1,500. CIC1: $900; Ribbons to 10th place.Prize Money: Ribbons to 8th place – prizes to 3rd.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$135/stall from Wednesday to Sunday.  Non-compete horses: $100 grounds fee, $135 stall. Please order shavings before event, bagged shavings $10.00 per bag . Shavings and hay available for sale info@grayareaevents.com. First bag of shavings included. Bring stall guards. Veterinarian: San Dieguito Equine Group, # will be posted at event office.

OI-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A -Std. All P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T-2014 USEF Training Test A -Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice Test A -Sm. All BN/Intro-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A -Sm. Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
CIC3: 3300 m @ 570 mpm.  CIC2: 3200m @ 550 mpm.  CIC1: 2800m @ 520 mpm. A-3300m @ 570 mpm.   All OI- 3200m @ 550 mpm. All P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2300 m @ 450 mpm. All N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN- 1800 m @350 mpm/max. height 2f6h. Intro-1600m @ 390 mpm; options at the water, one small up bank and ditch. All courses: CIC courses more challenging than national levels. Average for horses with some experience at this level.  All courses will have banks, ditches and a water obstacle. Gently rolling terrain, set on 40 acres.  Cross-country course closed May 24th.

Cross-country course closed May 24th.  Divisions will be further divided or combined as needed, check web page for updates on schedule. Copper Meadows reserves the right to change from 3-day format to a 2-day format due to number of entries. Stabling for non-competing horses is allowed. Please check for availability, Cost: $100 grounds fee, $130 stabling fee due with request. Food on grounds beginning on Wednesday. Dogs allowed-must be on leash. Caution--we have severe problem with coyotes and several dogs have disappeared. Party: Saturday night. Everyone invited, live band!
