Northbound: I-5 exit 88A-Tenino becomes WA Rte 507 (16 mi) to Rainier, right on Center St., becomes 148th Ave SE (4.5 mi.) to left onto Morris Rd. SE, 1.8 mi., to 130th Trail and sign for Aspen Farms.
Southbound: I-5 exit 116 “Old Nisqually & Mounts Rd.’ end exit left follow to Reservation Rd., left, to stop left on Pacific Hwy, WA Rte 510 through Yelm to light at Bald Hills Rd, right then right onto Morris Road, 2.5 mi., to 130th Trail & sign for Aspen Farms.

or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.


Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Must have written confirmation of the scratch. Competition Cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the
dressage test.
Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Priority given to FEI, Intermediate, Preliminary, and Zeit Capital divisions.  Entries must be paid in US funds, no Canadian checks.  USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. ZEIT CAPITAL LLC OPEN CHALLENGE. Open Training, Open Novice, and Open Beginner Novice. Entry Fee includes $25 fee to enter the class (this goes towards prize money) and $750.00 added to the pot.  $1,750 in cash and prizes for each class. Limited to the first 40 competitors to enter. Ribbons to 10th.
Entries are not accepted without payment: Entries submitted through Xentry paid with a credit card will be accepted based on date of payment and mailed Xentries or entries will be accepted based on the postmark of your check payment

Awards:

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. ZEIT CAPITAL LLC OPEN CHALLENGE. Open Training, Open Novice, and Open Beginner Novice.   $1,750 in Cash and Prizes for each class. Limited to the first 40 competitors to enter. Ribbons to 10th, prizes sponsored by Olson's Tack, Gallopps, and Toklat.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $120/stall from 10 am Thursday to 6 pm Sunday. 260 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Veterinarian: TBA, # will be posted at show office. Extra night stabling $25 per night.

Cross-Country:
Terrain: All grass with rolling terrain.  Courses are designed to have inviting start, but contain challenging elements suitable for the levels.  No ditch on the BN course.  2 water complexes.  Rolex like atmosphere with the white roping in the galloping lanes!  CIC2- 3,100 m @ 550mpm.  CIC1- 2,800 m @ 520mpm.  I-3000 m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-1830 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 300 mpm. BN max. fence height 2´7’.  Cross-country course closed May 21st

Cross-country course closed May 21st. Entry limit: 300 horses. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. DO NOT email Entries.  Entry only accepted with payment.  Party: Saturday Evening.
