USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.  Please note:  ALL electronic entries paid on line must be printed and mailed within 5 days to be accepted.  Please print and mail your entries!  Space will not be reserved for entries not received via mail within this interval.  USEA membership and horse registration required at all levels, except starter. Starter Test Entrants: USEA Starter and Drug/Medication fees do not apply and USEA Membership/non-membership fees waived.   Withdrawals:  Must be in writing (post or email) No phone, text, or social media withdrawals accepted.  Post entries (after closing date) accepted if space available $25 late fee based on postmark. Refunds: Before C.D.-less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refunds. $25 charge for any changes after closing date. Competition cancellation - No refund. A legible negative Coggins is required dated within 12 months for all horses.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. Permanent & vinyl stalls with doors $120. Wood stalls no doors (must bring stall guard) $100 very limited (only 15 first come first serve). Also enclose separate check (NO CASH) of $20 for stall cleaning deposit; check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Tack Stall available only if space provides.  All stalls for weekend, first bedding provided. Note stall type preference on stabling form. Hay & bagged shavings available for purchase. Test & arena sizes: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter Test-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand/limestone, warm-up/grass.

Cross-Country:
P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2300 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 300 mpm/2´7’ max.  Starter Test: 1200m @ 280 mpm/ 2´ max. Water optional at BN and Starter Test.  All courses offer a wide variety of obstacles for each level including terrain oriented questions.  Cross Country tracks have some rolling hills with short sections of open wooded pastures.  Majority of courses are run on well established turf.   Cross-country course closed June 20th approx.
