Stabling at Woodbine Farm: From I-94 to exit 167 Baker Road, right (south) on Baker, right (west) on Jackson Road, left (south) on Parker, right (west) on Liberty, Farm on right (north). From Showgrounds to Stabling: Exit Honey Run Drive, left (west) on Liberty, Liberty jogs left (south) at Parker, Liberty continues on the right (west), Woodbine Farm is on the right (north). Map will be posted with other directions directly to show grounds.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter Eventing Test division is exempt from USEA membership/non-member fee and USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals must be in writing, email. After C.D.-Entries/stabling-Only if place can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation-Refund after expenses.

USEA starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
$500 Prize money for Preliminary division. Award & 8 ribbons per division HT. Prize for best scoring Pony Club member (include Pony Club/Region membership info with entry).
Stabling at Woodbine Farm, 9976 Liberty Road, Chelsea, MI (3.4 miles from event site), $75/stall for duration. All stabling and scheduling requests must be made at time of entry. All requests to stable with group must use on group name.

Terrain, water complex, ditch, banks appropriate for level, on all courses, Starter water and ditch option. X-C course flat and open with short path through woods. BN good for horses with some experience, N & T good move up course with some challenges, P more technical . Good footing in any weather. Show Jumping and warm-up on Grass. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food and Portable Tack shop on grounds. Special award to highest placing Pony Club Rider (Horse Trial). Preliminary MUST include accurate list of Preliminary qualifications to have Preliminary entry accepted.
