All divisions include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. NOTE: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee; these fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event secretary. Use the 2017 Horse Trials Entry and Stabling Forms. BN competitors must be a current Junior, Full, Life or Collegiate member and horses registered with either a Limited (T,N,BN) status or Full.. If oversubscribed, priority is given to USEA members. Starter entrants are exempt from USEA Starter & D&M Fees and the USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived. This horse trial is a one-day horse trial, (see schedule below). If entries warrant another one-day horse trial will be added on Sunday. Pinny deposit will be returned upon receipt of pinny. Refunds: Before CD-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD-Entry/Less $50 with vet or medical certificate, if space is filled at same level. $30 fee for changes after June 22. Competition cancellation: refund after competition expenditures. Please include a copy of the Negative Coggins, drawn within 12 months for out-of-state or stabled horses for each horse. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M Fees shall be returned, within 30 days of the completion of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test.
An entry is not considered complete for acceptance and scheduling until payment is received by the secretary. Until payment is received an entry is put on the waiting list.
Prizes for first place, ribbons to sixth. Trophies and prizes as donated. All Divisions.
No stabling on grounds. Limited local stabling available. $35.00 per horse per night. Contact organizers for additional information. Stall doors provided. All T-approx. 2100m @ 420mpm. All N-approx. 2000m @ 350mpm. All BN-approx. 1700m @ 350mpm. All Starter approx. 1500m @ 300 mpm; max height/spread 2´3’. Terrain: Good footing, grass on sandy loam, gently rolling terrain. Water complex: All courses. Complexity consistent with level of competition. Cross-country course closed June 22, 2016.
